You will occupy an apartment with a splendid view of the Serre-Ponçon lake.
The residence is quiet and brand new.
You will be 2 steps away on foot, from the beaches, the harbor master's office, shops.
The hiking trails are at the foot of the residence.
The geographical location of Savines-le-Lac allows you to combine "Lake and Mountain"
in all seasons with 300 days of sunshine per year.
It is also the starting point to go to the ski resorts of Réallon and Les Orres, Crévoux, 30 minutes away.
Many activities are offered in the region.
You will be spoiled for choice between sports activities and family visits, summer and winter.
With a surface area of 40m², the accommodation is located on the first floor,
has a large terrace of more than 10m2, furnished.
It is classified tourism: 4 stars.
The following are allocated to the accommodation: an outdoor parking space in the residence,
and a cellar for storing skis, surfboards, suitcases, a bicycle storage room, collective.
Access is facilitated for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM).
This accommodation, accommodating 4 people, consists of a living room, a large bedroom with closet and double bed (160x200), a cabin area with 2 bunk beds (90x190), a spacious bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine/dryer, espresso machine, etc.
The apartment is air-conditioned, non-smoking, with wifi access, and large TV.
Pets are not accepted.
Reservations are made by the week:
Summer: July/August: €950 per week. Weeks Before and After August 15: €1050 per week.
School holidays: €750 per week, Christmas and February school holidays €800 per week
Outside school holidays: €650 per week.
Outside school holidays: 2 nights: €200, 3 nights: €285, 4 nights: €380, 5 nights: €475.
Arrivals and departures for the week are on Saturdays.
Arrival between 4pm and 6pm, departure at 10am.
In all cases, by appointment.
We can offer you introductory or discovery sessions of different sports activities,
in winter, at the Réallon resort, in summer, at the Savines Archery and Disco Golf stands,
for one hour (Times and Conditions to be specified)
Possibility to reserve a baby bed (sheets and mattress provided), €20 per week.
Bed linen, complete set: €20: 2 places, €15: 1 place
Bathroom linen: €10 (1 small and one large towel)
Cleaning fee in addition: €80.
The balance will be requested by transfer 8 days, at the latest, before arrival on the premises.
The tourist taxes, and deposit (€800 by check card) will be collected upon your arrival,
except the deposit which will be returned to you within 8 days, after your departure.
(if no damage to the accommodation and/or the cellar).
