It can accommodate up to 6 people maximum and has a 30 m² terrace and a private 80 m² garden, with an incredible view of the sea, where you can admire the sunset. A view you'll never tire of! Access to the sea is direct (5-minute walk), and the main beach, the port, and the marina shops are a 10-minute walk away. The bungalow comprises: - a living area with a sofa bed and a new, fully equipped kitchen, - a bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm), - a mezzanine bedroom with a queen-size bed (150x190 cm), - a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, - a terrace with a pergola, equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, and several sun loungers, and providing access to the garden. Private, - 1 outdoor shower at the front of the house. For your comfort, it includes many amenities: reversible air conditioning, ample storage, washing machine, TV, dishwasher, oven/microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, hairdryer, barbecue, griddle, travel cot and high chair. A mandatory cleaning fee of €60 is included in the rental price. Linen (sheets, bath towels and beach towels) is not included. You can bring your own or rent it at the following rate: sheets + bath towel = €20 per person/week; Sheets + bath towel + beach towel = €25 per person/week. By car, Calvi airport is 10 minutes from the house, and the port of Ile Rousse is 15 minutes away. The station for the little tourist train, which runs along the coast and serves all the beaches of Balagne, is about 200m from the house.
