Ground Floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo. No stairs! View the lake from the living room, dining area, kitchen, and master bedroom and screened patio. Newly renovated in 2021 with new stainless steel appliances, tile floor, fresh paint and decor. Free wifi dedicated to just the unit (not a shared guest wifi). One king bed, one queen bed, full kitchen. Sheets and towels provided. Included amenities include 2 pools, hot tub, tennis, clubhouse, gym, and walking/biking trails. Beautifully landscaped gated resort community. Walk to the public Tidewater golf club, restaurant, and grill (outdoor seating available). Less than 5 minute drive to the beach and shopping. Linens and towels included. Chair height toilets and shower hand holds for those with mobility issues.

This is the second year we have stayed at this condo and have enjoyed our two week stay each summer. It's location is extremely quiet but still close to the beach. The condo is clean and spacious for myself, daughter and grandson.

The condo was just what we were looking for. Close to the pool. Close to walking trails. Quiet. We loved sitting out on the back patio. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to NMB!

Love Tidewater

Tidewater is a beautiful community in North Myrtle Beach. The condo has a Great location, very peaceful and quiet area . Just a couple minute walk to the pool.

Beach vacation

We having been coming to Tide Water Community for 17 years now and love the area and beach. This is the first time staying in this condo. It was very clean and well laid out. The beds were very comfortable, and it was located in a very quiet part of the golf community. The owner was always responsive to my emails and questions. I have already booked our vacation for next year in this condo.

Had a great time

My wife and I were looking for a condo with no steps as we have trouble with stairs. We came across this gem. Beautiful condo with great furnishings. Everyone was so friendly and our hostess was incredible. We would definitely stay again.

PERFECT💗

This was our first time not staying at OL or the Travel Park and we absolutely loved it.Your within minutes of the beach and shopping but it was great to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy our family time. So quiet and peaceful and beautiful!! The homeowner was so kind and very responsive to all of my questions. The home is beautiful and she really provides everything you need so it takes alot of the stress of do we have this or need that. This absolutely will be our go to everytime

Uninvited guest

The property itself was very nice. The unit was very nice, however it was not cleaned upon my arrival. Very very dusty. Obvious unit hadn’t been rented lately. I had to dust. I killed 3 roaches. No welcoming packet. I had to purchase hand soap, paper towel, bathroom tissue. I assume my experience for the lack of is because the host overlooked my arrival date. Host thought I was coming Friday not Thursday. Even with that I couldn’t get through the gate upon my arrival because my name was not on the list. Very frustrated with it all. I have never ever experienced this in the past 25 years that I’ve rented from anyone during Memorial week. No one should have to vacation with roaches.

Short Golfing Stay

Janet's property is in a gated community and the condo is exactly as described and pictured. Very quiet area, close to restaurants and golf courses, especially Tidewater Golf Club which is a beautiful, challenging course. The 1st floor entrance was very convenient. Make sure you bring paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, laundry detergent because there are no "starter" supplies.

Wonderful Vacation!

We had a very relaxing vacation at Tidewater. The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. We loved spending time on the screened in patio. Janet was a fantastic host and answered any questions we had. We would definitely rent this unit again.

A Relaxing Week

The condo was the perfect size for our needs. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the majority of our meals on the screened in back porch. The pool was right behind the condo and the lounge chairs were really nice. Pool was beautiful! Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly. We had one meal out at the clubhouse and the food was really good. Highly recommend!
