Entire Month Feb 2026: 1200 Rental Fee!!

You will truly love this ground floor poolside condo in Carolina Keyes subdivision in North Myrtle Beach. The community has 2 pools which are available to renters seasonally. The two area pools are closed Oct 1-April 1 but the pool decks and hot tubs are available and maintained year round. (with pool bracelets provided). The pool that this property overlooks also has a hot tub. The neighborhood backs up to the Intercoastal Waterway. There are picnic tables and grills available for use, overlooking the waterway. The location is minutes from Main Street and the beach(1 1/2 miles) and very close to the sports complex. There is so much for families to do in the area such as miniature golf. There is lots of night life close by with live music at many of the venues.

We will send you a WELCOME email 24-48 hours prior to check in with instructions of how to gain access to the condo. This email will also have information about the condo & the pool, and duties to be completed when departing.

Short but great

We had a very short stay for a family reunion. Location was great, condo was clean and cozy with nice mattresses. All in all a nice place to stay.

I stayed at this nice property for two nights for a soccer tournament nearby. The unit is clean, quiet, comfortable and convenient. Communications with owner were very smooth.

Great place to stay! Pool access is right outside of the back porch and we were about 8 minutes from the beach. Check in was super easy as well and the host had everything we needed!

Excellent Property

Came into town for a baseball tournament and this condo was an ideal location. Communication with property manager was excellent and I would highly recommend this location. Loved the screened in porch and was just steps away from the pool.

The condo was beautiful—close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials, score the fridge had ice and water on the door, and there were plenty of extra towels, including beach towels, along with beach chairs and additional bathroom necessities. The host was very accommodating and even allowed us to check in early. The pool is just steps away from the back enclosed patio, which was so convenient. I accidentally left a drawer full of clothes behind, and the host graciously mailed them back to me. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return! Plus 1st floor corner unit and parking was great right in front.

Condo was great- well stocked- very clean- walk out sunroom to pool. Communication with owner was outstanding. Pool was shut down for two days and she communicated with us about reason( phone line cut) and when it was ok to use. Loved location- close to several shops- grocery store- restaurants. My only suggestion would be larger tvs for all us Seniors who don’t see as well now.

Outstanding Property and Host

We booked this specific condo due to its location, convenience to surroundings and the price. It was better than we could've imagined. The host was outstanding and her home was everything we needed and more. The property is close to all of the fun things to do and it made our vacation so much more enjoyable. Next time we find ourselves looking into a vacation in North Myrtle Beach area we will definitely consider this condo again. We loved our little home away from home for our week. Beautiful location and customer service

We had a wonderful stay! The location was absolutely amazing, convenient, beautiful, and exactly what we were hoping for. The property was just as described: clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.During our stay, we encountered an unexpected situation that was completely outside the owner’s control. We reached out, and the owner was extremely responsive, professional, and proactive in helping us resolve the issue quickly. Their communication and support made all the difference and allowed us to continue enjoying our trip without stress.Highly recommend this rental for both the property and the outstanding customer service!

This home was absolutely the very best. It was so great to be close to the pool. Owner had everything we needed plus more (those safety pins were perfect) The neighborhood was so quiet while still being so close to everything. We cant wait to enjoy this home again soon. This vacation was perfect due to staying at this comfortable home. And definately a huge plus that the owner is easy to talk to and answers back immediately.

Highly recommend!

My daughter played softball at the North Myrtle Beach sports Complex over the weekend. The condo was only 7 mins from the complex which made it very convenient for us!!! The condo was exactly as pictured and very clean and spacious! U walk right out the back door and the entrance to the pool and hot tub was right there! The condo manager was super nice and answered any questions we had very quickly!! I would no doubt stay here again! Our first experience with VRBO and it was a GREAT one!! 5 STARS!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have lived my entire life in South Carolina and think that the beach and atmosphere in North Myrtle Beach is perfect for a family getaway! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. My goal is to provide a fun vacation property that you will love!

I chose Carolina Keyes because it is very centrally located in the North Myrtle Beach area. The grounds are well-kept. There are two pools and two hot tubs. The view from the docks that overlook the Intercoastal Waterway is beautiful. It is the perfect area for a family picnic, with a picnic table and a grill at each dock.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This property is across the street from Walmart. It is 5 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from Main Street, and only a 15 minute drive to the NMB Sports Complex. Starbucks and Walgreens are located at the end of the street. Aldi, Food Lion, and Publix are very close by as well as a shopping center. Restaurants and live music venues are all in the area.
