Welcome to Sunny apartments!

Very clean and recently updated property a block away from world famous Warm Mineral Springs.
One bedroom apartment in 4 units resort. Can accommodate one or two people. It has a bedroom with two twin size beds that can be placed together to make a large size bed. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary accessories (microwave, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans etc.); lovely and cozy family room with a soft couch and TV with entertainment channels. Apartment has central A/C. There is a wireless internet connection everywhere in the unit. Big screen open Lanai or porch is shared by all units guests. Plenty of parking space.
The resort is running on well water system. The tap water is not recommended for cooking and/or drinking. Drinking water will be provided.
Located just 2 minutes from the world-renowned Warm Mineral Springs Park in North Port. The spring has the highest mineral contents of any natural spring in the USA, and is internationally known for its purported healing qualities. Enjoy consistent average temperatures of 85 degrees year-round!
Very quite and safe area. Close to shops and restaurants. Only a short drive from Gulf beaches: Venice beach, Manasota beach and amazing Siesta key beach!

Have been here before. As always it is a fantastic deal and yes the owner is totally responsible, visiting the property every day and really on the case if there is any issue. Its a safe area and there is a lot more to this area than the Mineral Springs. Yes, its more on the quiet side than say a South Beach or Orlando, but its not sleepy. You will need a car, but nearby Its a gem with nice restaurants and walking and biking paths from parks to long sidewalks to a bayfront area across the bridge.

Pleasant, quiet, and Restful

A very nice stay, enjoyed talking to the other guests. Property manager/owner was nice & answered requests very quickly. Entire stay was enjoyable.

Close proximity to various beaches and services. The apartment was small but very comfortable with a modern well equipped kitchen. The apartment has been upgraded except the bathroom. We would stay there again

Convenient to where we needed to be. Clean. The only thing we needed to bring was clothes & groceries. Very well stocked with everything including basic spices for cooking! Property host was wonderful! Thank you Natasha for making our stay enjoyable. Price was right and I would definitely recommend Sunny Apps.

Bathroom needs updated for sure. New towels for sure. Looked very old and dingy. Outside needed some upkeep. Needed a better curtain on front door. You could see through it.

I liked where it was in relation to the stores but the place seemed very small and cramped for the price. The doors will not open far enough to walk around and they would hit the opposite wall. The outside looked in disarray and could use landscaping. The front door had only a sheer and you can see through it very easily. Neighborhood seemed depressed and unkept.

For the money, this property can't be beat. It's a great deal and it is clean, quiet and safe. Only complaint I have is the bed/beds. I don't understand why they have two twin beds in this unit and not a queen or a king. Furthermore, the beds when pushed together are not the same height and they are also very hard. My recommendation to the owner would be to put a new, more comfortable mattress in a queen size in the main guest room. Also, the pillows are too thin and uncomfortable on the beds and the linens are not the best. This is not something that would deter me from staying here, as the rate is too good to pass up, but these are the negatives of the property and they shou

Fair value

It is not a luxury accommodation. However it is clean and has got all we need. Kitchen is new and very comfortable. Property does not have lanai. What you see on a pic is entrance shared by four apartments. Nevertheless for price we paid one can not ask more.
