It offers 6 bedrooms with private bathrooms, a heated indoor swimming pool, a sauna and a large sunny terrace. Quiet and spacious, it is ideal for stays with family or friends. Just a stone's throw from the shuttle, it promises relaxation and conviviality in the heart of the Southern Alps.

- 4 suites with double bed and private bathroom, as well as

- 1 bedroom "Terrier": a real cocoon of hibernation in the heart of the chalet. Total darkness, calm
absolute: like in a groundhog burrow, for a deep sleep and a complete disconnection. 2-seater sofa bed (140 cm) and private bathroom
(the room does not have a window.)

- 1 mezzanine bedroom: Le Repaire des Aventuriers
Overlooking the roof, the favorite space of teenagers with two double beds (140
cm), a separate bathroom, and that "cabin" spirit that we love so much in the
mountain.

No television in the rooms, in order to preserve calm and promote rest.
For video game lovers, one of the bedrooms is equipped with a TV dedicated to this use.

In order to offer you a fluid, free and perfectly serene arrival, access to the accommodations are complete autonomously from 5:00 p.m., without time constraints.
The accommodations are accessible via a secure key box.
Your personal access code will be communicated to you on the day of your arrival, by private message, after validation of the deposit.

For those who wish a personalized welcome, La Sonate Conciergerie offers, on request, a face-to-face arrival between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. This special moment will allow you to discover the accommodation, its equipment and to start your stay in complete peace of mind. (hand-over of the keys after verification of your identity document).

If you come by car, we will give you all the necessary information to find us easily on your arrival.

Once on In this place, you will have two private parking spaces equipped with an electric charging station.
Possibility to park in the free public parking lot located on the street.

A free shuttle bus just a stone's throw from the chalet passes regularly and takes you directly to the slopes of Vars Sainte-Marie (2 min) or Vars Les Claux (8 min).
No need to look for a space in the resort: leave your car in the private parking lot, get on the shuttle bus and make the most of your days on the ski and hiking slopes !!

Deposit and formalities:
A deposit of €3000 is required for this type of property. Without a deposit, the keys cannot be handed over.
The amount of the deposit will be charged.
You will receive a 3D Secure payment link 7 days before your stay
The deposit will be returned within 7 days after your departure, provided that no damage is noted.
