Beautiful waterfront home, heated pool, bbq, dock, close to beaches, restaurant

Your home offers a comfortable open floor plan with lots of windows offering views of the pool and waterfront area. Upon entering the home, you walk down a short hallway and enter into the large common area with 3 sliding glass doors allowing access to the pool deck and lanai. Your master bedroom is very roomy with a king sized bed and it's own, newly remodeled master bath. The kids room offers a bunk bed along with a trundle and the final guest room offers a queen sized bed. All bedrooms have 40", 4K smart TVs while the living room has a 55" 4K smart TV.

Our full sized kitchen has all the comforts of home including stainless steel appliances, toaster, blender and a coffee maker.

Our outdoor space offers a large covered lanai with plenty of seating along with an area for outdoor dining. In addition, we have a beautiful saltwater pool, a dock with gorgeous water views and a 10,000 lb boat lift.
Property is centrally located close to restaurants and more, Uber-eats and other delivery services are fast and efficient.

The property was super nice. We were in a prime spot with access to so many places and a short trip to beaches. The pool was really nice for a quick swim. Overall I would say we had a great week.

It was an amazing place, the host was extremely helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The host went above and beyond in my opinion after our stay. One of the boys left clothes in the dryer and I was immediately contacted about it, he made arrangements to get to my family who lives in Florida. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the Port Charlotte area.

I cannot say enough good things about this home and the host/Adrian.The house has everything you will need to get you started and more. Beautiful layout, amazing pool, outstanding Lanai area to spend your afternoon or evenings.The host Adrian was extremely responsive with any questions and very accommodating to my quick change in plans due to flight cancellations. I highly recommend this location. It is convenient to the grocery store, restaurants and within an hour of Fort Myers Beach, Englewood Beach, and Siesta Key Beach.This home made our stay very welcoming, and if I return, I would contact this host again. Thank you, Adrian, for your hospitality and kindness.

The host was very responsive when we had a problem with the air conditioner. Adrian called a repair man who fixed the problem. He also gave great instructions for turning on the pool heater.We loved the privacy and lanai.

The property was great and as advertised. There were plenty of essentials and a great outdoor entertaining area. The canal made for a short boat ride into Charlotte Harbor and room for my 19’ bay boat. The owner was very kind and responsive with any questions or concerns.

Beautiful gulf coast getaway

Loved the house. Plenty of room for the 6 of us. Great location. Close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to beaches and many other activities. Saw tons of fish in the canal behind the house and even a manatee swam by one day. Would definitely stay here again. The host was really fast responding to messages. Thank you so much.

I would so love to give this house a 5 star rating! Communication with the owner was great. Very quick to respond. We were able to get in early, which thank you again for that! We (My husband, sister and brother in law) rented this house for 2 specific reasons. The guys could fish endlessly and us girls could just relax in the pool, get some sun and just enjoy the emanates… We were told they had fishing rods at the house that we didn’t need to bring any. They were all broken or missing parts so the guys bought one rod which we left behind for the next person and used the kid rod we found. They fished. Had a ball! We were told the pool would be heated upon our arrival and it was not! Ice cold and actually low in water. We were only there for 2 nights to wrap up my brother in laws 60th birthday celebration. So by the time I got the pool filled and got the heater turned on it only went up 2 degrees and still to cold to even out our feet in and sit pool side. Trust me we tried. The owner sent a video on how to start and operate the pool but it was a HUGE! HUGE! Let down for us! None of us could swim and that was one of the main reasons we spent the money to stay here. The heated pool! Just ended our vacation on a not so great note. Some broken chairs/loungers outside too. Just not what you’d expect for a water front/heated pool rental.
