This cozy coastal retreat has everything you need to kick back and relax while just a 3 minute walk to the nearest beach access next to the Barefoot Tiki Bar so you'll have access to a full bar for refreshments while you lounge in the sun and watch the waves! There's also a green-space with a gazebo, great for picnics, and also a chair rental and water sports rental hut. Go play all dayand come back to Sunshine Villa to prepare a homecooked meal for the family and friends in your fully stocked kitchen and discuss the day's adventures and plan tomorrow's!

This one bedroom condo easily and comfortably sleeps six while providing plenty of space for total relaxation, coastal vibes, and great community. The bedroom sleeps 2, there are 2 twin bunks in an alcove, and a queen sleeper sofa. There is a large green-space for a fun game of corn hole or to let the kids be kids. All within walking distance. The property was great. I left a message for the manager to call me and I had a call back within 5 minutes to reset my modem for the TV and from there no more problems. I would definitely stay here again my wife and I were here for a week.

Beach!

It was perfect for my 2 kids and us , the pool was great not crowded. Very close to the shopping center and the beach 🏖 the place was very clean and it had all the things we needed . It will definitely be a place to stay again !

The place is great. It was perfect for my family, very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was nice to have located just steps away from the condo. It is a very easy walk to the beach which was great! Will be back to stay there next year.

Such a cute place!

We loved this property! It was perfect for the four of us! It is so clean and looks like it has been very recently remodeled and updated. It’s not far from the beach but just far enough away to be quiet and peaceful! Swimming pool out back is the perfect size and wasn’t ever crowded. We will definitely be staying here again.

Nice location

We came down for the Thunder bike rally. We were located in a quiet neighborhood next to everything going on but didn’t have all the noise. Within walking distance of the beach and some nearby restaurants. All accommodations were as advertised. Really enjoyed our stay there. Would recommend it to everyone.

Cozy Retreat

We loved our stay at Sunshine Villa in PCB. The condo was very clean, had plenty of linens, towels, extra pillows and anything you may need in the kitchen. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the master bed was SUPER comfortable (loved the mattress!) Centrally located close to everything we wanted to do during our stay but not too close to the rowdy crowd cruising the strip at night. The walk to the beach is easy and short, just a couple minutes. My favorite part was that my husband and I could sip drinks on the back patio while he grilled burgers and still see the kids in the pool! We will be booking a stay again.

Very nice & great location!

Condo is beautiful! Very close to several public beach accesses. Our Favorite is 65 and if you are looking for shopping drive down to 53. Property manager was amazing. If anything isn’t to your liking or up to your standards please don’t hesitate to message them. They will literally bring you anything you need. We had a great time. Will book again.

Perfect place for us!

We all really enjoyed our stay. My daughter loved the pull out couch bed and used the bunk beds to put her stuff on. My man did the cooking and we had all the utensils, pans, etc...that we needed. We all slept great...loved the ceiling fans. The pool is right out back and was never crowded. So thankful the owner allowed my dog and even left treats for him when we arrived. :) He really enjoyed the place and the fact that the dog beach was not that far at all. We really enjoyed our stay!

My best first time experience

This is the first time I do this. I used to stay at hotels but no more. This property was awesome. Clean, and close to everything. I will recommend it to my friends and family. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the appliances are in well working conditions. The air-conditioner works great for the Florida heat. Thanks for make my first experience with this system for vacation a hazle free and memorable.

Loved it!

It rained most of the time we were there. However, because of the back porch/patio my kids were able to play in the rain while we sat on the porch. The pool was right outside our back porch, so when it wasn't raining they could jump in the pool. This is was much easier than trying to go to the beach when it wasn't raining. My kids loved the bunk beds where they took naps. Then because of the pull out coach in the living room we were able to have a slumber party, the three of us. We loved this plce and would stay there again.

The location was great. Cleanliness could have been better. There was chewed gum next to the bedside lamp and sand on the comforters and a ton of hair throughout . Didn’t stop us from doing what we came there for. I would just suggest following up with your cleaning service.

The condo was budget friendly, tidy and cozy. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. It was just as described in the VRBO details. The swimming pool was clean and pleasant. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient to everything in PCB. The walk to the beach was ok but they are doing construction right now, which made it a little harder to get across Front Beach Rd to the beach access we used. I'm sure it will be much better after the construction is finished. The beach on that side of town is clean and not overly crowded. Overall, we had a nice relaxing week at Happy Daze and would recommend it to anyone on a budget that needs a beach vacation. Thanks for having us and hope to stay with you again in the future!

Short walk to beach.

Unit is close to beach access, approx. 2 min walk. Interior photos are accurate. Unit was very clean upon arrival. Greatly appreciate that the owner allows pets (with fee). Very few photos showing exterior of building and surrounding buildings. Exterior could use some sprucing up, but guessing there is likely an HOA involved and these issues are beyond the owner’s control. Unit is on ground floor so be prepared for tenants above. A good location if you have a fixed budget.

Not as advertised

Pros: The property was clean and the bed was comfortable. Cons: amenities listed (in ad or email) were nowhere to be found. (Dish towels, coffee filters or spices (salt and pepper??) in “fully stocked kitchen”, blow dryer, toiletries (“starter pack”) first aid kit, etc) Toaster doesn’t work, dishwasher not attached, ac loose on wall making it impossible to adjust, sliding door broken, TV in bedroom won’t turn off so glowing all night, no beach towels or chairs or umbrella, etc Exterminator interrupted our stay to come inside and spray, we were not notified of this need or asked if it would be ok. This property is in the middle of a construction zone and that should have been noted and appropriately discounted. It was difficult, if not dangerous to “walk to the beach”. The icing on the cake is that we attempted to contact the property manager to make it right and they were completely unresponsive to email and to the case filed with VRBO.

Excellent Location

The property was amazing. The condo was extremely clean. We would recommend he condo to all. Not one negative comment. The beach was so close. Loved the beach area. Went on for ever. The people we all so Friendly…. All stores close by….
