Precioso apartamento de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños en la planta baja. Duerme 6 cómodamente. Servicio de playa gratuito para dos personas del 1 de marzo al 31 de octubre. Camas de tamaño Queen en los dos dormitorios más un sofá cama tamaño queen completamente nuevo. Televisores de pantalla plana en cada habitación, así como una "televisión inteligente" en la sala de estar. Cocina totalmente equipada. Lavadora y secadora en la unidad. Sugar Beach es un complejo de poca altura, junto a la playa en Thomas Drive, a poca distancia de muchos restaurantes y atracciones. Selena was great to work with. Condo was perfect for what we needed. Could’ve been a little cleaner (floors, showers) but we’ve stayed at much worse so I’m not complaining. Loved the location! Would stay here again!

The condo was clean and spacious. We loved the pond and grass area in the back. It was a great place to walk the dog. The "dog park" is not a dog park, but a small bit of grass that was somewhat blocked with construction materials. It is a short walk to the pool and beach. Unfortunately, not a lot of close stores and restaurants so we had to drive more than we wished, but not a big deal. The host was great and easy to get in touch with. Overall a good place for a short stay and we would stay there again if we went to PCB area again. Next time I book any place I will enquire if there is construction there or next door. I think updating and fixing are needed and important, but listening to construction in the condo and on the beach was not very relaxing.

First time to PCB

The condo was very nice and clean. It was perfect for my husband and I and our Jack Russel (Joe). If we do another beach vacation I will definitely book again. Joe really enjoyed watching the birds around the pond. We did as well. The turtles were all over in the pond.

The condo was amazing. It was very clean, cozy and full of charm! The property owners have done an excellent job at making it feel like home away from home. Anything we forgot at home and didn't think about grabbing at the store, they had there. Those small touches really stood out to us. The furniture is all new and the beds were comfortable. We have zero complaints. Definitely 10/10 recommend. We will be back :)

Senior Spring Break.

We booked for our daughter’s senior spring break. The condo was amazing. Not only did it have a pool and easy beach access, but it also had everything you would need to have a nice comfortable stay. From washer and dryer to salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen. We will definitely be returning for another stay. Highly recommend 10 out of 10!!

Wonderful property

We really enjoyed this lovely property. The unit was clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the pond with many birds and turtles. It is just a few steps to the beach which was gorgeous!! Pool is close and you can walk a few steps to pickleball court. We used the grill by the beach so grab some charcoal. So much to do and everything is near by. We will definetely be back!!

Everything You Need…

I truly enjoyed my stay at this property. Even though it is currently under renovation don’t let this deter you. The location is great. Walking distance to anything you may want or need. The property is so beautiful. I found my favorite place was the pond. Watching the turtles and fish. The unit is very clean, decorated so beautifully, with so much space. I will definitely return.

Our family stayed in this condo for the 4th. It was everything and more. Clean and roomy and easy in and out. My 70 year old mother was with us and it was a home away from home. We loved our stay and will be back. I highly recommend this condo for anyone.

Escaping winter

We absolutely loved our time at Sugar Beach condos. Selena was extremely easy to work with and let us bring our fur babies which made our stay more enjoyable. We stayed the entire month of March and didn’t want to leave! Kitchen is all set up for cooking. Beds were comfy. Loved the ground floor so nice! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a family vacation spot!

Great location

The listing is completely accurate. This is a gem of a complex. It is a peaceful, quiet and safe place to enjoy the beautiful beachfront. Its literally a 4 minute walk through a well maintained property to the private beach entrance.

Lovely, pet friendly condo, super close to the beach at a great price!

From the moment I first reached out to Selena, I knew this was the perfect spot for us. She responded within minutes & she even messaged me saying the condo was clean & we could check in early! What a nice surprise! The condo is very nice, clean & comfortable. It’s extremely well equipped with everything you might need. I was particularly impressed with the comfortable beds, tons of extra pillows & blankets & the little bowls for dog food & water. Finding a pet friendly place, this close to the beach was a task so we will definitely stay here when we come back!

Amazing Family Vacation

Host was very responsive and helpful. Check in was easy. Place was clean and fully stocked with essentials (pots, pans, utensils, plenty of towels and linens, etc.). Location was perfect, close to everything yet the noise level was good. Property has access to beach, pool and clubhouse- great for families with kids. Definitely will stay again and recommend!

Beautiful condo, easy access

Selena was wonderful at communicating. We needed a place to stay that was close to Gulf Crest since my family was staying there. This condo was within walking distance of the beach as well as Gulf Crest and provided easy access for us to join our family members. The condo was clean and well-maintained as well as being well-stocked. We will definitely be renting from Selena again soon

Great vacation

The property is very nice and clean. It is a great location...you can watch the turtles from the back patio and walk to 2 restaurants, convenience store, pizza, and ice cream!! Selena was great to give information and response quickly to questions. Would definitely enjoy another trip!!

Great spot in PCB!

This is the second year in a row that we've traveled to PCB and stayed in this condo. Selena is great to work with (very thorough with communication, details, etc.)! Look forward to staying again next year.

This place was so cozy and very relaxing with a great access to the beach

1. Communication from Selena was excellent, from pre check in to after we had left. 💯 2. Accuracy on the condo layout, condition and amenities is exactly as listed. 💯 3. Proximity to the beach, easy access to walk out on the beach in minutes. Take in the grounds and the lake on your short walk. Also a 2 seat beach set is included and right at the gate area. 💯 4. Cleanliness and safety were awesome. This unit is easy to walk right in the front door from your vehicle, no stairs. The patio doors are new and easy to lock and open/close. 💯 5. Quiet, family friendly with a cool clubhouse and pool. The pool is very well maintained and kid friendly. Our kids loved the clubhouse, we went a couple of nights and watched TV up there because they just loved the atmosphere.💯 6. This unit is well stocked and ready as soon as you arrive for fun! 💯 One of the best Sugar Beach has to offer. Thank you Selena for hosting us!!! 😃

Great Place

My girls and I need a little getaway for my birthday weekend! Selena was extremely easy to communicate with during our stay! So Thankful for her and her cleaning lady when we accidentally left a precious keepsake blanket. We will definitely being staying again in the future!

Seaside Shanty is a dream come true for our family. My dad owned a condo in Panama City Beach 30 years ago and my children have very fond memories spending time there. I am so so thankful we get to experience the same things with our grandchildren at our very own condo! We are excited for you to make your own memories here as well.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Having spent summers in Panama City Beach for the last 35 years we knew when we were ready to purchase it would be here. We choose Sugar Beach complex for several reasons. Location is so convenient to activities, restaurants, shopping and to St. Andrews State Park. We also loved the beautiful pond with the walkways surrounding it. We enjoy seeing all the fish, turtles and birds. The complex is Beachfront which was important to us as well. Our unit has a view of the pond from the patio. But it is a very short walk to the private beach access.
