Classified 3*, our renovated and spacious house is located in the heart of the village and can accommodate 5 people. It is equipped with an enclosed garden-terrace and an indoor barbecue. The different spaces have been designed to create warm atmospheres. You can have children's equipment on request. Kitchen and scullery in a separate room. All shops (bakery, pharmacy, caterer, supermarket, etc.) and the market are within walking distance.

The accommodation
The house opens onto an entrance and has, on the first floor, a living and dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen and, in particular, an indoor barbecue (ideal for grilling in all seasons), a scullery, a shower room and toilet.
Upstairs, you will have 2 spacious bedrooms equipped with storage: a bedroom with a 160x200 bed, a desk with chair and an armchair, a bedroom with 2 single beds of 90x200, a single sofa bed (100x190). There is also a bathroom and toilets. On the landing, a library with books and games.
The accommodations are equipped to make you feel at home!
All household linen is provided: bed linen, towels and dish towels.
For the little ones: high chair, bath, travel cot, changing table and cutlery on request.
The garden, fully enclosed, is accessible from the kitchen and equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. It is also accessible from the outside via a gate.
Possibility of sheltering bicycles in the adjoining garage. It will allow you to rest and enjoy your meals out of sight and out of the wind.
Nicely planted, it is a haven of freshness in summer, during the hot weather.
Access to the garden via the kitchen and some rooms has a few steps.

The house is located in the church district where there is a delicatessen and pharmacy. Also within walking distance, you will find bakeries, post office, hairdressers, pizzeria and restaurants, media library and supermarket and many other shops as well as the market on Wednesday mornings. A few steps away, a beautiful walk along the Thar, a small river that borders the town!

Ideally located between Avranchin and Granvillais, the town of La Haye-Pesnel is central to visiting the bay of Mont Saint-Michel and the north of Brittany. About 15 km from the coast, you can enjoy it without having the inconveniences .
About twenty minutes away, several visits are available to you:
- Granville, corsair city, with the Christian Dior garden, the aquarium, the port, the old town, departure for the islands of Chausey, Jersey..
- Avranches with the Scriptorial, museum of the manuscripts of Mont Saint-Michel, the Jardin des Plantes...
- Villedieu, city of brass.
- Jullouville and its beaches
- A little closer, the zoo of Champrépus (8 km), the abbeys of Lucerne d'Outremer and Hambye.
- The unmissable Mont Saint-Michel about 35 minutes away
- A little further on, Cherbourg (1h30), the landing beaches and Bayeux with its famous tapestry.

On the Brittany side:
- Fougères (45 mn) and its medieval castle
- Saint-Malo and Cancale about 1 hour.

A free shuttle bus from the college takes you to Granville every Saturday to enjoy the market and/or the city without worrying about parking for the car! 8 return times are available during the day.
