The Finca - Moab's Hidden Gem Downtown

The Finca is our hidden gem in the middle of Moab and with its three charming bedrooms, is a perfect option for up to six people.

It is minutes (walking 2-5) to Moab Main Street with shops, restaurants and dining. Yet at the Finca you are in the middle of nature. Deer come by on a daily basis to say hello. People have called the outdoors space an oasis.

The Finca itself has everything one needs when visiting Moab; a clean and cozy place to come home to after hours of playing and exploring.

The Finca is good for couples & families (with kids), and works well for Private events as well. To provide a peaceful respite, there are no TVs in the house or any of the bedrooms.

***Please note that although we are pet friendly if you will be bringing in a pet there will be a $30 per pet fee applied to your stay.***

We allow two dogs in the Finca. Our pet fee is $30 per pet. Airbnb typically automatically adds this charge to your booking. If not, we will request payment. You will find a "Pet Package" containing a towel, waste bags and a pet sheet to care for your four legged guests. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we ask pet parents to agree to the following Pet Policy before booking one of our pet friendly home away from home:

I have read and agreed to the following Pet Policy for cottages at The Finca and I promise that:

-My pet is not aggressive; up to date with vaccinations and is well socialized with other animals and with other people.
-My pet is free of ticks and fleas.
-My pet will be with me under my care at all times. (Alternatively, my pet is crate trained and will be in crate if left unattended in unit.)
-My pet will be on a leash and under my control when outside.
-I will clean up after my pet and dispose of any waste.
-I will keep my pet off of all furniture including the bed, chairs or couches.
-I will assume financial responsibility for any damage caused by my pet during my stay.

The property around the Finca has a pretty obvious, yet not distracting, fence line. Please stay within that perimeter. Please note, you may see one of our two friendly groundskeepers who mow the lawn and maintain the grounds and gardens for all of our properties.

Finca is located at the end of an artsy off-beat street in the middle of town. While you can walk to all the restaurants and shops on Main Street, you also feel like you are in a secluded nook! We are close by to the heart of downtown Moab, so everything is within walking or biking distance.

*The Finca has an evaporative cooler as well as portable fans. This type is Air conditioning is ideal for arid climates. We do Not have a conventional central air conditioner.

We care about our environment and your health. Our housekeepers use only fragrance-free (where possible), organic or eco-friendly cleaning supplies.

We are "dog" people and understand how difficult it is to leave your friend at home. We allow one dog and our pet fee is $30 per pet. To ensure that all guests have an enjoyable stay, we ask pet parents to agree to the following Pet Policy before booking one of our pet friendly cottages:

SMOKING:
- NO Smoking is permitted in any dwelling. Please be mindful, courteous and responsible of your second-hand smoke and cigarette butts. You will be fined $50 if cigarette butts are found.

PETS:
- Let us know if you will be bringing your pet, including service/security dogs, so we can send you our pet policy agreement and make arrangements for any applicable fee payment. Violation of pet agreement and failure to disclose your pet may result in a minimum of $50 fee.

QUIET HOURS:
- 10pm to 7am. Please be mindful :)

LATE CHECK-OUT FEE:
- Check out is at 10 am. We reserve the right to request a $75 late check out fee if you have not checked out by 10 am.

BIKES:
- We ask that you keep your bikes outside, you are welcome to store them behind the house or lock them to the fence, but please help us to keep greasy things out ☺
