Once Upon a Time Stone Cottage was built in 1892. It is 1 mile from downtown and Lower Town, close to hospitals. 2 bedrooms, one bedroom has a comfy king size bed, second bedroom has a queen bed. Fluffy pillows, soft blankets and towels. There is a new sofa sleeper that has a queen gel mattress. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Internet, Philo, Up, Hulu and Netflix. Set outside and enjoy a fire pit, gas grill, or sit on the front porch and sip your coffee. Screen porch on the back. Fenced yard for dogs. Washer/dryer.
The space
Screened in porch off the back to sit and relax, front porch sitting, fire pit and chairs, fenced back yard for your children or pup to enjoy. Fully equipped kitchen with some spices, coffee maker, microwave. Washer and dryer with clothes soap and dryer sheets. Plenty of indoor comfort to curl up and read a book. Comfortable, clean home away from home. Escape or get away to a magical Once Upon a Time cottage.

The entire cottage is designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Home away from home. 2 big bedrooms, comfy beds, lots of blankets and pillows, luxury linens on all beds. Living room and dining room large open concept, living room has comfy couch and chairs, large television with Roku, Hulu and Netflix. Wireless internet. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, stove, refrigerator as well as coffee makers, coffee pods and creamers and sweetener provided. Bathroom has a shower with plenty of fluffy towels, blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, and body wash. Front porch sitting, backyard fenced for privacy and children and pups. Fire pit, chairs, also screened in porch, to enjoy fresh air. Washer and dryer in a large laundry room. Laundry supplies provided. Clean and fresh and ready for your enjoyment. It is located close to everything. Parking in front of the property or around back. A few steps onto the porch.

Rules

We ask that you leave our home as tidy as you found it. Prior to departure place used bedding in washer with detergent pod and turn on machine. Place used towels in laundry area. We do not charge a pet fee, but ask that you clean up the yard after your dog and start the iRobot. No smoking property. We ask you to put down pet blankets on furniture if pets are on the furniture. We ask that while you are away your dog is in a kennel and not left unattended in the cottage
