Great Cozy Place

What a great spot. Prime location, easy parking and plenty of comforts. Love the hot shower and water pressure. Bed were comfortable and large sitting area for visits and catching up with friends. Kitchen was well stocked. High recommend!

Cute apartment with stairs and LOTS of charm!

The apartment had so much character and I loved it! The “charm” included three flights of short stairs you may have to drag your luggage up so be aware if this is an issue for you. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and we slept well overall. Only downfall was the street noise but the owner did have sound machines and portable fans in the rooms so that helped a lot! Location was very close to everything we wanted to see and walkable to bars, restaurants and a Whole Foods. Speaking of the owner, she lives and works downstairs and was very kind and friendly. We had a few minor issues which she went above and beyond to resolve. I would absolutely stay here again!

Great spot in Austin

Loved this cool apartment right near the heart of downtown Austin. Apartment was neat and clean, with zero issues during our two by night stay. The place is 5-15min away from pretty much anywhere you’d want to go in Austin and saves you from the hassles of staying downtown. Would definitely stay here again next time I’m in town.

Best 25th Birthday 🎉

The rental was perfect for our trip!!! Loved the location. The apartment is adorable, loved the split level. The owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! It was about 2.5 miles from the stadium, but we enjoyed the walk, lots of fun stores and yummy restaurants along the way. We will definitely stay again!!❤️

The Cozy Cool Apartment is THE BEST!

We were planning a trip down to Austin to see our son for a long weekend and couldn’t find an affordable hotel to accommodate the three of us. That’s when we thought we would check out Vrbo. I happened to find the listing for this DARLING and IMMACULATE apartment. It is close to downtown, Barton Springs, UT, Congress, groceries, and the cutest coffee shop is only a 7 minute walk. We were 1.2 miles from our son, so “Ubering” was a breeze. Kay, the owner is so nice, communicative and willing to accommodate every need. And did I say the place was immaculately clean? We so appreciated the Cozy Cool Apartment and we were so blessed in every way to have met Kay and arranged lodging at her place. We will DEFINITELY be back!

A wonderful time

We recently spent three nights at this spacious Austin apartment, and it may well be the cutest and most comfortable vrbo we've ever stayed in. The look was bohemian chic, the place was clean and well-appointed, and the neighborhood offered several good restaurants in easy walking distance. All the little extras were amazing, including Aveda products and a well-stocked kitchen. Kay was a gracious host who was there when we needed her but otherwise unobtrusive. This place is a real winner!

Well appointed, great location!

Central to everything! Super cute, well decorated and comfortable. Very friendly and helpful owner. Only issue: Loud street and train noises at night, so bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive to sounds.

Wonderful visit to Austin

Close by lots of things to do. Great little apartment with clean comfortable beds. Nice touches with Nespresso coffee maker and bath products. Would stay again if we do another trip to Austin. Thanks Kay for a wonderful stay in your nice home !

Great place, and great location

this is the 2nd time I've rented this property out, I love the location and the layout of the property, very spacious and decorated tastefully. Kay was very helpful with little questions I had. Next time I'm in town I'm definitely renting from her again :)

Gorgeous apartment

I was pleasantly surprised how spacious the apartment was, it's multi-level and feels very spacious not cramped at all. The apartment is nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the living room couch was very comfortable to lounge on after a long day wandering around Austin. It's in a great part of town too-easy access to downtown. Next time I'm in town I will be booking this place again! The owner was great too, she responded to me quickly when I had some questions, very helpful.

Funky apartment in Austin

Loved the funky atmosphere of this apartment. It has all the amenities and is within walking distance of some nice restaurants. The bedrooms do pick up a lot of street noise, so if you are a light sleeper you may want to bring ear plugs.

A Happy Place

This is listed as a "cozy" apartment and is it ever! The decor is tasteful with fun pops of color. Taken together, the overall design sense, the convenient location, the comfortable beds and bedding, the well-equipped kitchen, and washer / dryer combine to create a homey experience. We found Kay to be extremely responsive. She communicated well during the entire experience. We'd definitely recommend staying here to anyone who wants a restful refuge while visiting Austin.

Cozy Retreat

Not far from downtown Austin in a cute neighborhood. Kay was quick to answer a question about the property. Cozy living room was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Light sleepers may want to come with earplugs to block out the street noise. Comfy beds and clean kitchen and bathroom. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing apt, beautiful location, walkable to everything!

Our stay here was absolutely amazing! I’ve never been to Austin, but knew I wanted to stay downtown because I wasn’t going to rent a vehicle during my visit. I was lucky enough to find this little gem!! The perfect getaway, in such a beautiful part of Austin. The apartment was so clean, cozy and spacious. Kay was great and very responsive!! Whole Foods was close enough to walk to for breakfast/grocery items, and so many good restaurants also within walking distance. I will rent again the next time I visit. Thank you for such a seamless and beautiful stay. :)

This is the best neighbohood in Austin with its historic homes, buzzing restaurant district, great shopping, downtown blocks away and it's just a short walk to the Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail.

The second floor apartment is in a historic house built in 1899 with tons of charm but updated with every convenience you need for a perfect stay. Super cold AC for hot summer days, comfy all cotton linens, fluffy towels, down filled sofa.
