Very well located within the UT area

Check in was easy. Great communication with owner, who responds quickly on text for any questions we had. Quick and comprehensive. Space is very nice. Kitchen has all the basics for ones needs. Beds are comfortable. Parking is easy. I would stay there again when visiting Austin.

We were there for a camp at UT. The location is great if you have anything on campus. The condo was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean and updated. We've stayed here before and the host's are wonderful. Private gated assigned parking is nice! Will stay again in the future.

Perfect for a little stay

So convenient. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. The kitchen had everything we needed for quick breakfasts and coffee. Will come again!

Great location and option for visiting especially if you child studies at UT Austin. We enjoyed it. The only thing to caution is if you have a large vehicle, size of parking space is tight.

Weekend in Austin

Property was very nice...clean and well equipped....close to university of texas. Owners gave clear instructions on check in and check out, and were very responsive to questions. I would highly recommend this rental.

Move in day UT

We arrived late but host was gracious in helping us get into the property. The property was neat, well kept and modern. Location was fantastic. Definitely would stay here again and recommend to any traveler.

Convenient to UT campus

Great location for visiting the UT campus. Very convenient and everything within walking distance. Condo nicely updated, very clean and comfortable. Secure garage parking as well. Owners very helpful. Perfect for Family Weekend Visit.

You cannot beat the location if visiting UT

The apartment is conveniently located to West Campus. Walking distance to restaurants, the UT Co-op and West campus. Also close to West Campus student housing where my daughter will be living. Check-in was easy with door code, parking (2 reserved spots available) in a gated garage. Something to be aware of it is on the 2nd floor with no elevator (2 flights of stairs). Not a problem for my daughter and I but something to be cognizant of. Hosts were friendly and provided clear and timely instructions. I would definitely stay here again.

Took our boys on a college tour of UT Austin. Property was centrally located and campus was not far. Clean, well equipped, and safe.

Austin Weekend

Location is great, especially if you have activities on the campus or nearby. Place is clean and well kept inside. Does take a little understanding to figure out where to go and park (it’s part of an apartment complex), but once figured out it is easy enough.

Great Location

This condo is conveniently located in the middle of West Campus and the owners/property managers were wonderfully responsive to all of our needs! Condo was clean and worked great for our needs. Second bathroom shower is a little dated so appears less “clean” than main bathroom. Overall our stay was great!

Eclipse visit

Great location in walkable neighborhood. Visited with my sisters to celebrate a birthday and view the eclipse. Didn't cook in kitchen but it was well stocked with supplies and apartment was quite comfortable. Covered locked parking spot was great. Very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

UT Orientation

We loved the location of the condo and the close proximity to the University. The condo was nicely renovated and clean. The condo was a perfect fit for my wife, my teenage son who accompanied us, and myself. We would stay here again in the future.

Great location for all things UT Austin!

The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment is clean and as described online. The location is walkable to campus. We came to visit our nephew and go to the 1st SEC football game. The parking is a great amenity. But don't bring anything heavy or someone not able to climb stairs to the 3rd floor. No elevator was a bummer. a great amenityspaces arsaves a

Condo on UT Campus

We came in to Austin for a Volleyball Tournament at UT. Location is ideal and would be perfect for any sporting event (a nice 1-mile walk through campus to the stadiums). Accommodations are nice and very secure. Check-in could be improved by sending access information the day before. Thank you for your hospitality, we had a wonderful time in Austin!

Great Location! Great Place!

The apartment is in a GREAT location. Walking distance to UT. Many restaurants and bars within walking distance. Fantastic place to stay if you are visiting your UT kids. Close to downtown events. Easy access to and from the property. Beautiful renovations at the complex. Covered parking is a plus. The vacation rental was spotless. Everything was super clean and I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs great for summer swimming or just having a picnic. I WILL BE BACK! I recommend this vacation rental.

Great Location & 2 Parking Spaces Included

Juanita is such a kind host and communication was excellent. I never had an issue getting in contact with her and she even accommodated a last minute request to extend my stay despite a quick turnaround before the next guest came in. 2 parking spaces I closed is a huge bonus in Austin and the property is close to campus and various places in the West Campus area including a small convenience store for things you may need to grab. Thank you again to the host for the kindness they showed. We need more people like you in the world!

Great West campus weekend!

This place is in a perfect location for visiting your kids (or friends) in West campus, or for a parents weekend. The full two bedroom, and full two bathrooms make it great for two couples. The location is right in the middle of where everyone lives in UT's West campus. The covered parking was great with two parking passes. The decor was nice, and the place was clean and ready for move in. The owners gave a simple code for the door, which made check-in a breeze. We went for a UT football weekend, and it was about a 20-25 minute walk to the stadium. It was great not to have to park in the lots! We will definitely rent again.

Great location in the heart of West Campus

We were in Austin for a sorority parents weekend, so the location of this apartment was super convenient for us. That said, it is right across from a big fraternity house so it might be noise issue on some weekends (no parties while we were there -- it was also their parents weekend). Apartment was a good size and clean, functional vs. high end. Plumbing was draining very slowly in one bedroom, so that wasn't ideal. But loved having living space and kitchen, and two assigned parking spaces was a god send. Owner was very nice, accommodating, and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Girl's trip

The condo had plenty of room for 4 adult women. It was a beautiful unit. The bedding and furniture were very comfortable with high end linens.The building itself can use, and is currently being updated. There are 2 sets if stairs to get to the unit, and no elevator. You are in the heart of university housing, so lots of activity. The unit itself is quiet.The owner responded within seconds the 2 times we reached oit to him.
