Check in was easy. The listing and photos were accurate. Home had everything we needed from toiletries to a stocked kitchen. Home was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The backyard and garage with washer and dryer were and added bonus. We had a few issues that the host took care of immediately.

Everything was as described, very nice place to stay, roomy, beds were comfortable, kitchen could be more stocked with pans, like a 9x 13 pan would be super helpful and soap, shampoo & conditioner for the bathrooms would be appreciated. Instructions for the shower faucet since its not the normal kind (very old and has a 3rd valve) and for the tv would be super helpful too. Plenty of outside seating as well with fenced in area in the back. We would stay there again

We had one question while we were there. Gema got right back to us with an answer. House was clean and had mostly what we needed. Could have had few more things in kitchen but it was fine. Would stay again!

We stayed here with our 3 kids and had a great time! The house had everything that we needed plus a few extras which were really nice. There was a nice stroller, a few beach towels, toys, and umbrella, plus laundry baskets and clothing irons. The house was very cute. We were out and about a lot, but the backyard would’ve been a nice place to spend time. There is a lot of diversity in the area and we found some really great places to eat nearby. Gema was a very kind host and was good about communicating with us. I would recommend this rental!

Loved, loved this place,very cozy! Had everything i needed for my girls and i, just needs plastic dinnerware for younger kids but other than that great place,will be staying again in the near future!

Great Stay

Weekend Getaway

For a quick weekend to the gulf, this was a great place. Was clean and very spacious. Enjoyed visiting Tarpon Springs and Honeymoon Island. Much better than a hotel!

Great place for a Getaway

We loved the layout of the place. Very spacious, clean and decorated. My wife and I and my brother in law stayed here. We were helping out their sister with her home in Palm Harbor. So it was an easy drive to get there and get around. It was nice to all stay in one place and enjoy the rime together. Also liked that there was no steps to get into the doors. When we come down again, would definitely stay here

10/10 Amazing Stay

We made this booking last minute as we didn’t intend for our trip to be extended. When we arrived at Gema’s home, it was VERY clean, wonderfully decorated, comfy beds, TVs in the bedrooms, and the backyard was like a little slice of heaven. Very beautiful home, the first day we were there we did have a problem with the AC not dropping below 82 but Gema had someone come out that night and the next morning as well! She was very responsive and informative. We will definitely be staying here again!

2-day getaway

This place was located in a older neighborhood in New Port Richey. Not the greatest but older and safe. The house itself stood out in the neighborhood as being well kept and updated. Inside the house was cute and updated with nice decor. The open spaces were very usable. The bedrooms were well done and comfortable. This place listed as 2 full bath and although that’s true, the 2nd bath was actually located in the garage area. That bath was nicely decorated but had zero a/c and the only fan had a built in heater ( so learned quickly to avoid it). Recommend updating fan and getting a/c in there. This place met our needs as it was close enough to Tarpon Springs etc.

We mostly spent our days out but the time that was spent at the house was very pleasant. The rental was well stocked with basic kitchen ware and clean and comfortable. I would recommend this rental to responsible adults.

Fantastic Host and Property!

This was my first time booking a VRBO property for a couples trip. Gema was fantastic to work with during the entire process. Being first-time guests we had a ton of questions. Gema went above and beyond to provide quick communication and great customer service. You can tell that she put a lot of love into her home. It was so cute and looked just like the pictures. It was the nicest home on the block and had multiple sitting spaces inside and outside. The backyard and sunroom were very cozy. The kitchen was stocked with utensils. We truly enjoyed our time in her home. The only thing I would like to note is that the second bathroom is in the garage. There isn't AC in the garage, so we did not use this shower. I think it would have been fine during the cooler months, but it wasn't practical during the summer. Overall, this was a very nice home and I would recommend it to anyone!

New Port Richey’s Hidden Gem

My wife and I loved everything about this home from when we arrived and departed. The home was clean, fresh, and absolutely full of charm. The owners did an excellent job rehabbing this home to perfection. The inside was roomy and comfortable. The beds were great for quality sleep. The kitchen was large and spacious for cooking. The backyard was clean, private, and designed very well to enjoy the Florida weather. The neighborhood was friendly and absent of any noise. Bonus was having a garage and the garage bathroom and shower. Loved it, We would stay at this home again.
