This is our second time at this condo. We love the location and the facilities in the condo. It’s perfect walking to restaurants or the casino. Has a great set up with two bedrooms and bathrooms and two balconies.

Very nice place

Had to buy a pizza cuter, no can opener so opened two cans with a knife before only buying tab top cans. Water lever on fridge was broken but plenty of bottle water on hand, got a lot of laughs at the dining room light. But a great stay and really enjoyed the place and looking forward to next year.

Fantastic location!

My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. Two bedrooms each have their own bathroom. It’s very close to the casino and many restaurants. I suggested to the owner that the kitchen could use a blender and one arrived the next day via Amazon! There are two new couches in the living room, which are very nice. The stove is a bit dated and the dials are a bit difficult to read but it works well. We enjoyed the bbq on the balcony and used it often. The water doesn’t work coming out of the fridge, but that didn’t bother us. The sheer curtains in the second bedroom need replacing but I hung a blanket up to give more darkness. But overall we loved the pool facilities and the view from the balcony. We’re looking forward to coming again next year.

Disappointed

Ok, I'll be blunt! This condo is not in good condition to be rented especially to people who come a great distance and didn't have a chance to view before hand. No effort is made in updating it at all, the kitchen is very small with no workspace or enough space to store groceries, stove from the 80's, dishwasher leaked but it was replaced before we left, no vacuum so I bought a swifter to do the floors, bathroom taps, etc had been painted black which was chipping off, nails left in all the walls from where pictures once hung, one of those fitted covers on the sofa and I was afraid to peek underneath and the "headboard" for the master bedroom was a strip of thin carpet nailed and screwed to the wall not even centered above the bed and the old stale odour from the few kitchen drawers (no knobs or pulls) was off putting plus not enough decent matching cutlery to do the entertaining we wanted to do. We were too embarrassed to have friends in.

Great location and very nice condo complex.

We loved the gardens and pools. Excellent mattress n the master bedroom. For the price we were paying, I expected more attention to detail, such as more cutlery, blackout curtains instead of sheers in the bedroom, the front screen door was broken, no instructions for using and getting the most out of the Raku tv. However, the unit functioned for us and we enjoyed our month away in the sun.

Pre retirement trip

Nice little place, love the location, needs a little wrk, and or updating, but I would stay there again. Not a big fan of streaming, had some issues with WI-FI, but the owner was awesome and we got it all taken care of, and again the location is perfect

The condo and location is very convenient to down town. The facilities were wonderful and the unit fit our needs perfectly. I would definitely stay here again.

Deauville is beautiful

Perfect host. Everything went better than expected Very comfortable condo, just the right size for 4 people Very easy walk to downtown, the grounds are awesome and the pool area is just beautiful Hope to return next year
