B204 es una casa adosada premium con vista al mar directa con dos amplias habitaciones, dos baños completos y dos grandes lanais (balcones) que ofrecen vistas al agua de 180 grados. Esta tranquila casa adosada de 1,117 pies cuadrados cuenta con un dormitorio principal bien equipado con una cama king, un dormitorio de invitados con una cama queen y la unidad tiene un sofá cama doble para que el condominio pueda alojar cómodamente de 2 a 6 personas. B204 fue remodelado recientemente con granito de primera línea, mármol, azulejos, alfombras, persianas, electrodomésticos y muebles, incluido un televisor de pantalla plana de 46 "y obras de arte vintage. Great complex, unit with amazing water views

Loved the decor and layout of this unit. We have stayed before in the same complex and enjoyed both stays. Lolelani ia a perfect location for us and there is plenty of room for us. Two areas of consideration were that the check in instructions never arrived prior to use getting there, I had to call multiple times as no email was arriving despite having reserved and confirmed with the exact same email and there were not junk emails either. Escapia software may have been the problem. Also, instructions for the TV remote & cable remote would have been very helpful for those that are not cable box, universal remote and spectrum knowledgeable. Despite the little hiccups, we would gladly stay again in the future.We saw whales and dolphins and turtles right from Lanai.

Our vacation

We enjoyed our stay in the Lokelani Condos and would choose to stay here again in the future, The condo is comfortable and very clean. We appreciated the air conditioning during our stay. The ocean views from the main floor and master balconies are stunning. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. From the outside, the complex is a bit dated and the pool could use some work. There is a small outdoor grill next to the parking lot and stairs to the second floor. You have to walk a ways to get down to a small beach that is semi-private. There is a grocery store and shops close by.

Great vacation condo!

This was a great condo for our vacation. Right on the water - plenty of whales to watch! Condo was well stocked, clean, and maintained. Easy parking and check in was a breeze!

Wonderful

My husband, son and his family travelled from the Northeast. 13 hours travel time. We were tired. We got to the condo and when we walked through the door….it made it all worth it. The views were spectacular! The condo was plenty big enough for four adults and two children. My six year old grandson loves the pool. Each day we saw multiple green turtles in the water and resting on our nice little beach. Everyone there was friendly and it was a nice quiet complex. It was a beautiful stay and would definitely stay there again. Food truck that are right down the street we’re great! If you don’t the geography of Maui, this complex is between Ka’anapali and Kapalua. Best area on Maui……in my opinion. Just got home and I miss my views already!

The unit was great - very comfortable, tastefully appointed and the pictures don't do justice to the view. 2 min walk to a great beach with great snorkeling (including turtles!). We sat on the lanai also watched many whales. We were initial going to stay at the Westin Kaanapali resort and switch to this unit and couldn't have been happier that we did.

Superb ocean views!

This condo was everything we were looking for on our trip to Maui!! We visited with another couple, and we all felt like we had plenty of room to spread out especially with a main floor balcony, and a balcony off of the master bedroom! The balcony furniture was great too! The location is perfect for accessing north Kaanapali Beach, and there is a grocery store and other shops nearby. We look forward to returning in the future!

Christmas in Maui

Our family stayed at this property over Christmas. Overall it was absolutely lovely! We were able to enjoy watching whales from the balcony with our morning coffee (without exaggerating we probably saw 15-20 whales a day), and with a short walk (maybe 3 mins) to the beach downstairs- we were greeted with sea turtles almost every night. Now for the unit itself: - Parking is assigned so that makes it very convenient and you are never looking for a spot. - The furniture is old and dated (like, really), but it works. - The kitchen is lacking. There are more than enough dishes, pots/pans etc. But there are literally no spices. Not even those miniature $20 spice rolling racks. We have never been in a VRBO or an AirB&B that doesn't have anything (not even black pepper). - The washer and dryer are very very old. Typically not a big deal, but we spent 10 days here so we really felt it. - Washer/dryer soap/papers as well as dishwasher/dish soap were not provided (again, nothing we have ever experienced with another vacation rental). This as well as the the no spices just seems very cheap. I will say that we had a few issues with the keys, the washer, the AC and it was easy to get a hold of management and someone came over right away, so that was great! Overall the unit could definitely use some sprucing up, especially for this price. There are other units in this building/complex available to rent that are much nicer. But the location truly can't be beat! We have been to Maui several times before and have never experienced it like we did here.

Happy place!

We would stay here again! Check in was easy, location is great. Condo was very clean. Very quiet. Everyone was very friendly. Beach is small, but great view. Loved seeing the sea turtles come up on the beach. Pool is very clean and grounds very well kept.

Best Week of Our Lives!!!

This was our first time in Maui so we researched where we would stay thoroughly and we found the perfect place!!! We loved the condo, the beach, the views from the lanai, the area...everything was perfect! We can't wait to return!

The view was amazing. Sea turtles were visible from lanai. Property clean, nice bathrooms, perfect size for 3 of us. Would definitely come back again!

Great view, steps away from a little beach to get into the ocean. Lots of turtles swimming. The place was spacious for a group of 3 adults 2 kids. Full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, full laundry. Beds were comfortable. Downside I would say is the pool isn’t very big, this was on behalf of the kids, although we did spend alot of time in the ocean instead. The house needed better cleaning, the fan in kitchen was covered in layers of stuck on dust. The laundry wasn’t in the cleanest state but usable for swim suits and towels. Overall I enjoyed the location and view.

There was plenty of room for our family of four and the views from the balconies were beyond outstanding! We watched sea turtles swim by daily. We loved how quiet the property was (not a fan of high rises) and it's proximity to so many wonderful hiking trails, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Huge sea turtles came on shore several times during our stay and we just loved the small beach just steps from our door. Without a doubt, we would stay there again!

It was so much nicer than the pics give it credit for. The kitchen is super nice, and well stocked. They didn’t go super cheap with everything inside the home as many rental properties do. I also didn’t realize that the master also had a balcony, so that was a great surprise! Location was close to lots and not far from downtown Lahaina or Whalers Village! We will definitely be back!
