For safety, insurance, and comfort reasons, access to the property and the pool is strictly reserved for property occupants and strictly prohibited to outsiders. Access to the pool is also non-transferable to third parties who are not residents of the property.
We live on the property to perform daily maintenance on the pool and garden.
