Blissful 4 bedroom home in the center of Pigeon Forge, but still maintaining a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Walking distance to Dolly Parton's Stampede and other attractions on the parkway and situated right next to the Little Pigeon River. Location also provides quick and easy access to Gatlinburg. Home also includes a hot tub and a fenced yard. We have 3 king size bedrooms and a 4th bedroom with a queen size bed. Use the well stocked and updated full kitchen to prepare meals and then relax in the sunroom equipped with an arcade machine for great times. For guests traveling with 4 legged friends there is a dog park located right next to the river. Come and see why this home is the perfect vacation spot in the Smokey Mountains!

We loved the location of Bryan's Brookside Bungalow. It was spacious and had room for our entire family and 2 dogs. The outside area was perfect for the dogs and the neighborhood was quiet and easily walkable. The house was also decked out for Christmas which we appreciated. The house had everything we needed for a quick holiday trip with the family.

The house had plenty of space for our family/ group of 7 and it was in a very convenient location since going to Dollywood was the main purpose of our trip. The bedrooms were comfortable and we had ample space to relax. The neighborhood seemed fairly quiet considering how close it was to a campground and the main roads.

Everything was good, except doorways to the bathrooms were to small for powerchair. Extremely hard to enter bathrooms if wheelchair bound. Impossible to shower if wheelchair bound. Loved Everything else. Good area.

The house was clean and accommodating for 3 couples. Very nice location, close to restaurants and attractions. The fenced in yard was great right off the back deck. Our fur babies loved not being leashed.

It was perfect for us, 8 adults, each couple getting their own bedroom. The back room was a great surprise, they had their late night movie room & a separate TV viewing option! The little fenced area was great for safely letting dog out very early or late in the day, not to have to go out for a walk in the dark.

Awesome trip

This was a trip for our Church Seniors. Everyone was so pleased with the house. Plenty of room, very clean, plenty of entertainment. Our Pastor enjoyed the Ms. PacMan . We would definitely rent again and will absolutley recommend to others.

Location, location, location

Loved the property. Plenty of space for all of us. Location was wonderful, close to everything. Plenty of parking!! The little fenced in yard was perfect for my Rudi!!

Very nice location and plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 grandchildren. Would stay again.

Very nice location, would stay again, but we could not get the TV in the living room to work. There was a pad and a few dust bunnies left under the bed in the bedroom across from the bathroom. There were mouse droppings in the kitchen drawer with the large utensils. Everyone said they would stay there again, but were disappointed with the tv not working. The hot tub must be on a cycle it went on and off the whole stay and no one touched anything on it.

Comfort of home and trip

The property was well kept and clean. There were places for entertainment within walking distance and my grandkids had a ball at Dollywood being their first time.

Good but sweaty.

It was pretty clean for the most part, very spacious, location was great. Only concern I had was 2 out of the 4 nights we stayed the air conditioner stopped working and it was in the high 80’s those days, and inside the house it got up to 81 degrees and it was MISERABLE especially at night, kids were hot and cranky, couldn’t sleep, would wake up covered in sweat. Walking around outside sweating and then not being able to come to a nice cool house really sucked! I did message the manager and they said they’d send someone to look at it but we never seen anyone come out and it never got fixed so unsure. Other than that the stay was pretty decent.

Wheelchair access

The property was in a great location. The entrance into the house was easily accessed by a wheelchair, unfortunately the hallways, bedrooms and bathroom doors do not accommodate a wheelchair. We had a family member that is completely wheelchair dependent and we were thinking they would be able to access the bedroom and bathrooms but couldn’t. They are just too narrow. We had to do some improvising in order for them to have a place sleep. We did like that it was one level and didn’t have stairs to worry about. If you need a property to accommodate some mobility issues (not complete immobility),you would be fine staying here.

We love to visit the Smoky Mountains and see the leaves change colors. Enjoying a comfortable space with our family is a true blessing. Retiring back to our home with comfy leather furniture and a fully furnished kitchen is so much better than any hotel room. Come see why we choose this property as our family's home away from home. We enjoy being able to walk to restaurants and having amenities like a hot tub and game room that provide hours of fun. We take pride in our home and are responsive to any of our guests needs. Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home. Come and visit and see why it is our away from home!

We were renting cabins and had some trouble with tight driveways and long drives back to them, so we looked for our own place right off the parkway with no curvy mountain roads . We enjoy seeing the leaves turn in the fall and all the concerts offered close by. We enjoy relaxing and watching the sunsets. Our favorite amenity is the hot tub. We love to go to several of the shows close by as well as the restaurants nearby. We're also just a few miles from The Island and the cool things it offers including The Wheel (Giant Ferris Wheel)

We love being in the natural wonder around the home. Having a hot tub on site is wonderful. We are close to restaurants, Shows & Museums. Our favorite restaurants are Apple Barn, Local Goat, Junction 35, & Blue Moose. Our favorite shows are the Stampede, Pirates, and Country Tonite
