No unregistered guests may stay the night, please inform host of all individuals in the party staying at the property.

NO smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. This includes backyard, front yard, carports and anywhere on the property. Violators will be charged $50 per violation. Please review local laws prior to arrival. Please note marijuana is NOT legal in Idaho. Illegal drugs of any kind will not be tolerated and if brought they will be subject to fines at owner’s discretion. Please let me know if you are accompanied by an ESA. If you check out past 10, with no prior agreement from the host, you will be charged $50 an hour for inconveniencing the cleaners.


NO PETS PLEASE. If you do bring a pet without the owner’s consent you will be fined $500.

This home has security exterior cameras (front porch) present.

If any damage is done to anything inside or outside the unit or on the property, from a guest, a guests friend visiting the property, or the guests ESA, the booked guest(s) will be fined for repairs, and potentially pay extra nightly fees if place cannot be rented from guests destruction.

This rental is privately owned and the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Please lock the door when you leave, it does not automatically lock. Close the door and hit the yale button, there will be flashing numbers and it will lock. Thank you!

Checkout instructions:
Please place used towels, sheets, pillowcases, etc in basket (located in closets) and set by washing machine. Please take out trash, located on the right side of the building.
