This beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath home has over 3,900 square feet of living space, so lots of room to spread out! Here you have end-of-the-road privacy and can enjoy the calming sounds of the neighboring creek. Two gas stacked stone fireplaces, multi-level decks, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, game room with billiards table, poker table, chess/checker table, and loft. Located in the gated river community of Coosawattee River Resort, you're close to shopping and restaurants, yet will feel like you're at a private retreat to recharge and enjoy nature.

Family Thanksgiving Trip

We absolutely loved this property. We mainly hung out at the cabin playing pool, games, sitting around the fire pit and watching wild life. It was a perfect place to spend time together. The owners have thought of everything you might need or want during your stay. I would recommend this property for your next vacation. We will stay there again.

A great place to get away for awhile

Property has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The ping-pong table was a hit for us, and we utilized the fire pit a few times. Including children there were 10 of us and we never felt crowded. We will book again.

Full Family Fun

What a great place to get away and enjoy family. We had 12 people including 5 little ones and a dog. There was plenty of room to join together for fun and also plenty of places to enjoy some quiet time. Beautiful secluded location but only minutes from restaurants nd stores. We will definitely be going back

We had an amazing trip! The cabin was clean and had all the supplies we needed for our stay. The basement was so much fun with all of the games. Our favorite part was hanging out by the fire pit roasting marshmallows. The owners are absolutely amazing. They answered all of our questions and made our stay one we will never forget! We are excited to go back next year!

Nice cabin for a family gathering

The property was spacious and well equipped and the owner was very accommodating. Unfortunately, through no fault of the property owner, with the drought, the stream was dried up and there was a fire ban, so no s’mores 😔. The cabin location is a bit remote with challenging roads, so better for those not wishing to dine out after dark.

Relaxing and serene location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this clean and beautiful property! Even though it rained for most of our stay (3 days) there was enough entertainment to occupy the entire family right there in the cabin - games, pool table, ping pong. Our 5 year old granddaughter was especially enamored with the chalkboard wall upstairs and our grandson (3 years old) loved counting the numerous vacuum cleaners and dust busters in the various closets. The adults enjoyed the basement area and the spacious living/kitchen area - the kitchen was very well-equipped and had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The bathrooms had plenty of towels, shampoo, lotions, etc. and were very clean - highly recommend this property - hostess very responsive and easy to work with!

Perfect weekend getaway for the family!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with my grown kids. And we utilized almost every bit of the property. First of all the rooms and set up were perfect for eight adults. The beds were comfortable. The seating was comfortable for watching college football. We went to the rec and had a pickle ball tournament where we were informed about live music. We stayed up late playing poker at the game table. My youngest was able to convince her brother-in-law and dad to join her in a couple of games of chess. And the pool and ping pong tables were utilized as well. Everyone had a great time! And I cannot say enough about what a wonderful hostess Lynette was. Besides going above and beyond to have the house well-stocked with basics and necessities she had thoughtful touches throughout to show she goes the extra mile to make her guests feel welcome. And Lynette was very communicative and helpful. Wonderful place to stay!!!

Second time we stayed at this property. Not only was the place immaculate (again) but absolutely everything we could need was provided. Roomy and comfortable. No hassles, just vacation bliss. The hosts are very nice too. Look forward to booking again here next year.

Great clean cabin with entertainment for family.

This was a spacious house with many things to keep everyone in the family entertained. The house was very clean and very well stocked. The owner, Lynette, responded to us right away when we contacted her and she even sent someone out to check up on a concern we had. This is definitely a great place to stay.

Incredible Cabin!

The cabin makes a great get a way for the whole family. We were reluctant to leave each day because we enjoyed the cabin so much. The owner did a great job of communicating and making sure we were comfortable.

Relaxing getaway

Our stay was amazing. The house was very clean. Lynette has it stocked with whatever you need to be comfortable. If you watch the show "Friends" it was like Monica had set up the house and is your host. :) We came as a large family of 8. Four Adults and four kids. (2 separate families) There was more than enough room for everyone to have their space. The view and the location of the house was breath taking. very relaxing and peaceful. We didn't want to leave.

Perfect mountain getaway

Our family of four and our two dogs went to GA to celebrate our daughter's 8th birthday. We wanted to visit Zoo Atlanta and The Georgia Aquarium, but stay in the mountains. This house was perfect for us! The house was very spacious and had ample balcony areas to take in different views. The owner thought of literally everything you could anticipate needing in the kitchen, along with pokers for making smores for the firepit. Our kids loved the bunk beds and downstairs loft! On days and nights we didn't have any activities planned, we really enjoyed grilling on the deck, the firepit, playing ping pong and pool, and playing board games by the fire, and playing hide and seek throughout the 3 levels. The house is very clean and so perfectly decorated for a mountain cabin! We loved spotting the deer throughout the mountains as well. The owner is so sweet and very prompt in getting back to you. We made such amazing family memories, and a lot has to do with our experience with this wonderful home! ♥️ We hope to come back! Thanks so much Lynette!

Lovely New Years Visit

Lyenette is a joy to work with for reservations. She’s thought of all the little things that make it feel like home. The cabin was clean, comfortable and very well stocked with all our two families needed for the weekend. The teens (and dads) loved the ping pong and pool tables. There are two great group spots to watch movies etc. The fire ring outside was extra fun. It’s a very pretty spot with a creek down the hill and it’s a great neighborhood. We had a wonder stay and look forward to coming back.

Christmas Trip

This house was perfect for our Christmas trip! It was beautifully decorated. We had plenty of room for our 9 family members to spread out comfortably… multiple sitting areas on the the decks, around the fire pit, playing pool and ping pong. We will be back.

Outstanding Vacation Home in Ellijay GA

The home or "cabin" comfortably accommodated our party. The Games Room is a delight and the rooms large and exquisitely furnished! Marshmallows roasted on the fire pit with extension tongs provided proved a delight with old family tales and fables abounding in the firelight. Conclusion: The best Vacation home I have been privileged to hire in the North Georgia, Carolinas and Tennessee..area.

Beautiful private cabin

The cabin was beautiful, clean, private, and fully stocked. The owner was extremely friendly and responsive. Definitely the best cabin we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend.

We live in Central Florida full time, and wanted a place to call home away from home more often than once a year. And now that the children have grown, we wanted a fully stocked, wonderful place to meet and reconnect as a family.

When this property came on the market in the summer of 2021, we knew this was THE ONE!! And it has been everything we've hoped for! This 3 level home has room for our kids and their families, a beautiful, well equipped kitchen, space for the whole family to spread out or to come together for meals or games, feels private and secluded while still being minutes from dining and activities, and is a relaxing, beautiful place to travel too!

We love the location! It's close to orchards (Me to our kids: "Yes kids, apples really do grow on trees and not on grocery store shelves!!" Hahaha!), shopping, downtown, wineries, rivers, waterfalls, hiking, and the list goes on!
