Forget your worries in this spacious and serene new construction riverside retreat. Relax while enjoying all that the White River has to offer. This location is perfect for dock fishing, wade fishing or bring your own boat. You can even have your fishing guide pick you up right from the dock!

Both a dock and boat ramp are in the back yard for your use and convenience. You can also just relax on the oversized deck and watch the fishermen while enjoying your favorite beverage.

It was nice to have a boat ramp and dock right at the house. The kitchen and large living room made visiting during meal prep easy with a large family we alway had several in the kitchen while visiting.

The house has everything anyone could possibly want or need already available. The setting is beautiful. Having its own boat dock sets this stay a notch above most. I have stayed in many VRBOs in this area with this house now ranking as our best stay yet.

Amazing! Relaxing! Beautiful!We had such a great stay here! Our mornings were spent watching the fish and birds at the river. During the evenings we watched the sunsets on the back deck. All rooms are beautifully decorated, and the kitchen has everything we needed to make family meals together. If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the White River area, this is the place to be!

Gorgeous Views on The River!

Updated cozy home provided a wonderful stay for our visit to the White River. Very clean house fully stocked with everything you can imagine. Our favorite activity was sitting on the upper deck and enjoying the wonderful views, Thank you for letting us stay in your gorgeous home!

Very well appointed, decorated, and clean home with lots of amenities and fabulous location. It was great having the boat dock immediately next to the boat ramp for easy in and out. Owner fixed a minor issue very quickly and always communicated well! Loved all the patio seating and the outdoor grill and fire table area with an incredible view of the river. We were able to catch fish right off the dock. Dining table inside seats only 4, but there is enough seating at the kitchen island bar to accommodate more. We would stay again. The only thing we wish we had known going into it, the master suite isn’t available (all bathrooms are separate from bedrooms, none en suite). Not a huge deal but we would have paid more to have the privacy of one. Bed and bedroom count is correct in the listing though!

Thank you for your kind review. For clarification purposes, the master suite is not listed in the rental description nor are there any photos of it in the description. The only way anyone would know about it is a locked door to the room. I just want to make sure no one reading the review thinks I’ve misrepresented the property. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to host you again in the future.
