Complex Update: The beach and pool are now available to guests! Please know that while the beach ramp is fully complete, there is a cone in front of it because it's not yet ADA compliant. They have to re-pave the sidewalk in front of it in order to make it flush. Opus has said guests are welcome to use it in the meantime. For those in mobility devices, there is still a public access point just a couple of minutes away.

The living room overlooks the dining area fit with an elegant dining table, bar stools, and breathtaking views of the ocean below. From the living room step onto the private balcony and relax on patio furniture while watching the waves crash against the shore.

The modern kitchen is fully stocked and is seamlessly connected with the living room and dining area. The granite counter top that separates the living room and kitchen area acts as a great serving area for food. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud. This property does have a video doorbell.
