Luxurious Villa built in 2021 specifically for intimate groups. Villa features 6 bedrooms with AC's, private bathrooms and direct access to the pool. Villa has 2 kitchens (inside and outside), BBQ, full size bar, disco with DJ booth, artificial beach, foam machine for the HEATED pool, two Jacuzzi's (one private), game room, a movie theater and wifi throughout the entire property. The villa also comes with a full time staff of two to assist you at any time

Unfortunate!

I wanted to give this house a better rating! If your goal is just for aesthetics or social media photos then yes this is for you. **To start the listing is inaccurate and misleading. It does NOT properly sleep 24ppl. There’s six rooms in this villa and six king size beds. At most it only sleeps 12 unless you’re comfortable sleeping on 10inch air mattresses provided by host that deflate during the night. **The hot water here is non existent! We stayed here for six days and had no hot water at all. In-fact the only decent shower we were able to take during our stay here was off premises at an ATV EXCURSION reluctantly! I believe this is an ongoing issue that needs to be addressed here because a previous guest also stated this. **One of the rooms air stopped working completely during our stay when the electricity went out which lead to a bad smell. **The outdoor area is fully equipped with Grill, fridge and freezer however the bugs and flys are atrocious! There’s no adequate deterrent to even enjoy the outdoor space. Lastly there’s no door bell, although security is stationed directly outside but have no authority to allow anyone in. My reasoning for mentioning this is because the villa is huge and there’s no way of knowing if you have guest at the door. Despite all of these things mentioned I honestly feel that this villa would be a 10 if the host corrected the issues noted. Simple yet imperative for quest to enjoy their stay here.
Air mattress provided, I placed my small luggage on top of it in order to show deflation.

Nice villa

The villa was incredible. Definitely a party house. Close to stores and restaurants places. Road to get there was a little sketchy but absolutely safe. Everyone was pleasant. Don’t know if I would rent here again but the experience was lit!!!!

Golf Getaway

The property pictures and description were very good for the most part. One real issue with the description is the 2 full time staff. That would lead you to believe that your room would be cleaned daily. Unfortunately the only real jobs of the full time staff was security and clean up of the common area. The sheets and towels will not be cleaned unless you pay for it. Not sure why the rooms being cleaned would not be on the daily chores of the "full time" staff. Otherwise there was way too many flies to count. That became overwhelming at times in the common area's. The last issue which the house would have no control over is the road leading into the house can be described as abysmal at best. And if you are headed in for the first day make sure you bring ice. It has plenty of storage for ice but no ice on hand. Besides for that the house is exactly what it is shown to be.

Tremendous. Beautiful. Exceptional.

What a great villa! We felt like we didn’t need to leave at all, there is so much to do. The heated pool with foam machine was a hit and when it rained we just went inside to the game room or watched a movie in the cinema. The location was super safe even though it was in a remote area. Which allowed us to play our music until 6AM without any complaints! The one time we left we renter their party bus and went to the beach (about 10 minutes away). We can’t wait to go back!

Best place in Dominican Republic

Great spot! We loved the heated pool and foam machine. And one night it rained so we used the cinema and disco, it was great. The area is safe and private, it made our parties that much better!

Can't Wait to Return!

What an amazing villa! It's so big and spacious and full of amenities. Eli and his staff couldn't have made our stay any better. Alejandro, Rosa, Hector, and the entire staff went out of their way to make us feel special, cater to all of our needs, and make sure that we had a great time. The food was delicious, we were very close to the beach, and the area was very safe and secure. To our surprise there were no noise restrictions and we kept our parties alive really late without any problems. I would highly recommend Eli's villa and my friends and I can't wait to come back.
