This tastefully decorated ski-themed three-story chalet has light pouring in through the large windows, with the beautiful landscape of the mountains visible from the porch and upper deck. Just over a km from the heart of the village, you can host more friends & family than a typical chalet, boasting 7 bedrooms & 6.5 bathrooms, most with ensuites.

The Space
This spacious home stuns guests with its layout to maximize their entertainment space while providing comfort for sleeping arrangements. You’ll be met with ease and entertainment on the main floor with sleeping accommodations, a games room, and a walkout to a hot tub accessible on the first level. Make your way to the second floor, you’ll be greeted with soaring ceilings, both with North and South decks. The open concept area seamlessly brings together the kitchen, dining, and living space for an easy flow between cooking and relaxation. Choose to have your morning cup of coffee with breathtaking views of The Blue Mountains or BBQ on the back deck while entertaining guests under the stars. The third floor hosts a secondary entertainment space with TV, ping-pong table and cafe-style hangout near large windows, while the lower level contains 4 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

In-house Entertainment
There is a Xbox Series S in the loft. It comes with Game Pass subscription delivering over 100 high-quality downloadable games on console. There is a foosball table and video game arcades with Street Fighter, Darkstalkers, Strider, Commando, Final Fight, Ghost n Goblins, 1944, Pac-Man, Pac-Land, Galaxian, Galaga, Dig Dug, Mappy, and Super Xevious in the Game Room. There is a 75` Smart TV in the living room and a 65` Smart TV in Bedroom #1. Guests can watch movies with the Netflix subscription under owner`s account. Many board games including 7 Wonders, Catan, Pandemic, etc. are available in the living room. Guests can relax and enjoy in the Hot tub on the deck in the back.

Main floor
As you walk onto the main floor, you’re greeted with 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite privilege. Making your way to the back of the home, fun awaits with your own personal arcade, complete with Street Fighter, Miss Pacman and Foosball. Seating is provided throughout the arcade room for guests to enjoy, overlooking the sunken hot tub on the back deck.

Kitchen
The kitchen isn’t the only show-stopper in this home, and the designer lighting adds to its charm. Enjoy the ease of breakfast at the counter with barstools while cooking with stainless steel appliances. A large fridge complete with an oversized freezer and a smaller beverage fridge allows guests to pack with an appetite. Floor to ceiling cupboards offer plenty of storage for all your dietary needs but leave the basics at home. We have you covered! Aside from spices and coffee, this kitchen is fully equipped, containing everything you need, from cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, to even BBQ tools.

Living Rooms
There are dual seating spaces for the Great Room on the second story, with an abundance of light through the floor-to-ceiling window design. Cozy up to an evening of conversation by the brick wall fireplace, designed with wood beams and an outdoorsy theme throughout. On the other side, you’ll find an entertainment space for an evening in or quiet mornings by the large TV under the stunning chandelier. You’ll feel surrounded by nature with views of mature trees from the windows, leading to the back deck with plenty of seating. On the third story, you’ll find an additional loft/living space with a TV, Ping-Pong table and seating throughout.

Bedrooms
On the main floor, you’ll have 3 bedrooms, all with ensuite privilege throughout. The first hosts 1 double bed and a single bed with 3 piece ensuite bath and double sink, as well as a spacious closet. Across the hall contains 1 double bed, 1 single and is beautifully decorated with an ensuite shower. It also hosts a large TV for evenings in. This bedroom also accompanies an ensuite that walks out to the hallway. The final main floor bedroom hosts 2 single beds with an ensuite bathroom privilege as well.

You’ll find 4 more bedrooms with light pouring in through the oversized windows on the lower level. The first hosts a double and single bed, leading to a 3 piece ensuite with a walk-in shower. The second lower bedroom offers 2 single beds, guiding you through barn doors to another bedroom with 2 single beds connecting to a 3 piece ensuite. The final bedroom contains 1 double and 1 single bed leading to a 3 pc ensuite.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon.

2) The person booking the property must be 21 years of age or older (excluding Quebec rentals), unless otherwise specified by a Guest Support Member. The person booking must always be present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited

4) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.

5) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

6) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.

7) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.

8) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

9) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion

By proceeding with this booking , I/We agree with the management company that I/we will use the property and its facilities in accordance with the above terms and conditions and/or posted house rules, and that I/we do so at our own risk of injury.
