We stayed here for 3 nights/4 days as a large extended family group to celebrate Christmas altogether with several young children and we were disappointed to see that the cleanliness of the whole chalet (especially the main fireplace room & kitchen) was lacking. Most dishes/cups/cutlery we went to use was dirty in some way and we had to clean a lot of cooking pans/cutting boards/etc. before we used them. There were cobwebs on the windows (especially in the fireplace room), bedsheets were stained, hair was found on pillows, and one of the bathroom doorknobs was very loose and coming apart from the door itself.In the main fireplace room, a blade is missing from the ceiling fan which made it off-balanced and unusable. Our first night was challenging as the Wifi was spotty (a couch was pushing against the cord causing it to disconnect) and the host was not as responsive as we needed.The front lock is complicated and not user-friendly so spent our first night with the door unlocked which was unsettling as we had young children with us. Thankfully the host helped us out the next day and it was better after that.Ultimately, we enjoyed our family time together and we didn't let these things hinder our Christmas together, but we were quite disappointed with the level of cleanliness and the overall experience.
