Location was great! Close to coffee places for breakfast and easy access to Scottsdale for the wedding venue. We rented the house for a wedding. My observations were there were no long mirrors to check our dresses! We are an older family and there were no wash cloths in any of the bathrooms! Bedrooms were spacious however bathrooms were a little small. Worked for our situation though

The home was very nice. Kids enjoyed the backyard until dark. Would be 5 stars if we were able to enjoy the yard after dark. There is a porch light however the yard is still dark. However, everything else was amazing.

Great Girls Staycation Spot

Enjoyable place to stay for golf trip

This property worked great for our golf trip. Great indoor and outdoor space. Clean and comfortable. Hot tub, putting green, and bocce ball were great. Location to Oldtown was fantastic. Would recommend.

Perfect Location and Home

Beautiful home that was clean and had all that we needed for the 5 of us. Great location - close to a lot of points of interests and within walking distances to spring training baseball games, mall, restaurants (old town area). Property manager was awesome and quick responded to our questions.

Well when we got there the toilet was broken with a sign that said out of use. They fixed it 4 days later. Bed was broken and I had to replace all the batteries for the tv. I was supposed to get some kinda refund but I guess the owner just said that to make me happy.

Hello Mike, we are sorry you feel this way. As we explained when you arrived regarding the toilet, we had had a plumber out to attempt to fix it prior to your check in however they had to order a new part that was specific to that brand of toilet and no warehouse in Phoenix had that part and had to be ordered. It was supposed to be repaired the day of check-in but as soon as we realized that day that the part was delayed from being shipped, we decided to instead pay more money to have a brand new toilet installed, which was done the very next day after you checked in. The bed was not something we could replace in the timeframe of your stay unfortunately. We don’t know if the batteries go dead unless our cleaning crew or a guest tells us. We wish you would have let us know as we could’ve had that corrected immediately. We responded to all of your communicated issues immediately, and worked to solve any issues you had immediately. We apologize you were not overall satisfied with your stay as we always strive for top-notch customer service, and even ensure our guest truly enjoy staying at our property.

Walk everywhere in Old Town!

This 4 bedroom ranch house has been very nicely remodeled on the inside and has a bright and cheerful vibe! Beds were comfortable and we appreciated that there was plenty of hot water no matter how many people were showering at the same time. Highly recommend this property and we will be back for sure!

Fun and Comfy Stay

The home was lovely with all that you could need for an extended stay. The WiFi didn’t work initially but the host made sure to send someone over to diagnose it immediately. We had a great time and wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Great location too.

Amazing home and location!

This home had tons of space and was very clean. The beds and beding were very comfortable. TVs in every room -even on the back patio. The location couldn't have been better. Shopping and restaurants were all in walking distance. Kelly was quick to respond to any questions we had.

Nice modern house close to Old Town Scottsdale

Fun house for our Spring Training trip! Check-in was easy, the house was clean, the wifi worked well, and we liked the hot tub and horseshoes in the back yard. Walkable to Old Town Scottsdale, and the Hotel Valley Ho is about a 5 minute walk (or less).

Great Location / Modern Home

The house was perfect for a quick girls getaway. The best thing about it is the location to Old Town! We walked everywhere we wanted to go and loved the hot tub and living room to hang out. There are some basic repairs that need to happen but otherwise it had everything we needed and was super cute!
