HappyCub- AC, Hot Tub, Fire Pit, Game Room!

HappyCub is a comfortable four-bedroom, two-bath home in the heart of Killington, with plenty of room for families and friends to spread out. Located just behind the Killington Market and near Casey’s Caboose, the home is minutes from the slopes and within walking distance of restaurants, the market, and the winter shuttle.

The large entryway on the first floor gives your group plenty of space to store skis, snowboards, boots, bikes, and other outdoor gear. From there, head into the game room for bubble hockey, Street Fighter II, and a selection of board games.

Two bedrooms are located on this floor. One has a twin-over-full bunk bed and also houses the washer and dryer. The second bedroom includes a twin bed and another twin-over-full bunk bed. A full bathroom completes the first floor.

Upstairs, the home opens into the kitchen, dining, and living area, creating an easy space for everyone to gather. The dining table has seating for all eight guests, while the living room features comfortable seating and a large Roku TV.

The two remaining bedrooms are also upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. The fourth bedroom has a king bed and a dedicated desk for anyone who needs to fit in a little work during their stay. A second full bathroom is located on this floor.

A sliding door off the kitchen and living area leads to the deck, where you’ll find a Weber grill and a brand-new private hot tub. Outside, your group can also gather around the custom fire feature, with plenty of seating and a one-of-a-kind bench made from an old canoe.

Please note that HappyCub shares a driveway with a neighboring home, which may also be guest occupied during your stay. Larger groups can rent both homes together by booking the Dancing Bears listing.

• You understand that use of the hot tub is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any injury, harm, or death arising from use of the hot tub, and hold owner and property manager harmless.
• We welcome families and occupants over the age of 25. We have a strict rule of no parties, large groups or events at this home.
• We will provide you with door codes for our smart lock to come and go as you please and for contactless check in and out. No one will meet you at the property.
• Our entire home is non-smoking (e-cigs included). You may only smoke outdoors. There is a $500 fine for smoking in the house.
• Quiet hours are from 10pm - 8am. We use Minut, smart home technology that measures volume levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
• Fireworks are not permitted.
• For your safety and ours, we have an outdoor camera aimed at the driveway. There are no cameras in any of the living areas.
• We use ladders to access the bunk beds. You agree to hold the owner harmless for any injury or death that is resulting from the use of the ladders.
