Come enjoy our little piece of 1950! This quaint home in historic Old Litchfield Park is just steps from the iconic Wigwam Resort. Have a walk through the beautiful grounds, listen to live music or enjoy the restaurants and golf. This 3 bedroom home sleeps up to 7 people in 4 separate beds. Super comfortable, high end mattresses. Large backyard for you to enjoy the Phoenix weather. Community pool during the summer and professional baseball spring training close by.

The home was very clean and had all essentials. It’s close to food, library and pool. Litchfield Park has always been a favorite place when I lived in the area.

Nice little getaway

House was very nice a lovely neighborhood just had a suspicious white car keep passing by and even had their phone out recording while we were all hanging out so that kinda invaded our privacy but overall nice house

Home was charming just as described. Roomy. Large relaxing backyard. Close to great restaurants. Host response was very quick for any concerns or questions. We spent over a week here as we were waiting for our house to be ready. Pet friendly. Great walking areas. Had everything we needed.

Lovely venue for family visit!

We had a great time and enjoyed all the comforts of home. The outdoor front sitting area among all the pretty blooms and the spacious and shady backyard gave us lots of room for pleasant visiting. Our four-year-old grandson had a good time exploring the little paths. Thank you, hosts, for making it easy to find our way around the fancy light switches!

Enjoyed my stay. Loved the touches of glam in the home. A con would be the back yard! It needs some love. The cushions were dusty, and the table should have been sprayed off. Other then that I would stay again.

Very Pleasant

The house is in a very pleasant neighborhood and located near everything you would want. Also 2 blocks from a beautiful park with a pond with a sidewalk all around it. The house has plenty of space and is comfortable. There are a few things I would suggest improving. The backyard is spacious and fenced in with nice patio furniture. But the plants need attention. Many are dying for lack of water. Also, inside the house the curtain rods are defective, making opening and closing a bit of a hassle. Overall, a very enjoyable place to stay! I highly recommend it!

A weeks stay with dogs

Litchfield Park is very nice. This property allowed me to stay with 4 dogs. They charged a fee, but allowed all 4. Other properties restricted the dogs to 1 or 2 and were not flexible at all. This was greatly appreciated. The exterior of the property could have been cleaner. It was obvious there had been no yard work for a long time. Lots of leaves, weeds, and debris in the back yard. the gate was falling apart. The vrbo instructions for this house said you could make the temperature warmer or cooler in the house, however you can't. When I asked how to lower the temperature I was asked what I was trying to adjust it to and was told "We have it set to a normal room temperature range." I was also told "it's current 93 outside and the system has cooled 17 degrees already. We are setting it a couple degrees lower. If it's more than 20 degrees lower than outside it really taxes the system." They did not set the temp. lower. So if you are from out of state beware the house may be warmer than you like, especially in the summer. The interior of the home was ok. I have stayed in nicer places with a lot nicer furniture.

Cozy home in a great neighborhood

Pros: The home was very cozy and nestled in a very peaceful neighborhood. My family enjoyed the privacy of the backyard as well as the art dotted through the house. The kitchen had everything we needed to take care of my family through the weekend and cook the same type of meals we would at home. There were plenty of linens for my large family as well. The house was clean and easy to check into. The cooling system worked wonderfully. Cons: There wasn't a wifi, not a complete deal breaker, but an adjustment for our family in this day and age. The towels had a bit of pet hair on them. Not sure if it may have been from a previous tenant but it wasn't all of them. Some of the windows didn't have screens so in the evening some fly's were able to get in. All in all it was great place to stay with plenty of room for my family of 7. We have family in Litchfield and would stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
