The house was great. The area was clean and had plenty of amenities. Our host was very attentive, answering questions right away and available to help us with the hot tub in a very timely manner. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 living rooms, which was nice because we used the hide-a-bed living room as a 4 bedroom. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. We will definitely be back!

The house was exactly as described. Many times that is not the case. We appreciated having the basic amenities in the kitchen, the cleanliness of the house and exterior area and the homey feel. Nice quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and freeway. Our host was quick in communication answering questions. All around great experience!

Stayed in a lot of VRBO’s over the years. This one was awesome and one of our new favorites! We would love to stay here again when we’re back in the Phoenix area! The host was an absolute pleasure to work with.

Perfect Home for our family

So much fun! The home was clean and well stocked. The kitchen was spacious had everything we needed and more! The pool and hot tub was clean and there are an abundance of towels!Host was very responsive and informative when we had questions.This will be our go to home when visiting the area.

Great Value!!

Celene’s place in Avondale is a great value - spacious, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and clean bathrooms! The pool and hot tub were great amenities, and the entire back patio area was quiet and relaxing. We were in town for taking in some spring training baseball games and her house was ideally located to several stadiums. We will definitely come back next time we’re in the Phoenix area!!

Perfect AZ vacation

The house was very clean and well stocked. The ice maker kept up with cold drinks. There are lots of pool towels and a washer/dryer for laundry. It’s all on one level so no steps. We spent every day in the pool enjoying the sun and warm temperatures. It was perfect!Celene met us at the house and was very friendly and accommodating. This was our sixth stay at this property and we plan to return next year. It’s a great property!

Outstanding stay!

My family and I took a last-minute Spring Break to Phoenix (my son broke his foot and our original plans fell through). We wanted a place with a pool and an outdoor area to enjoy the weather. This property was *perfect*! Check in was seamless, and the owner was always immediately responsive. We loved the layout of the house. Three big bedrooms were perfect for the four of us. The neighborhood was quiet and we tried to be equally respectful.It made for a great vacation. (And we caught some spring training / regular season baseball too!)

The Perfect Getaway

My husband and I stayed at the property on 4th of July weekend and it was great. The host Celene was very attentive and answered all our questions and was flexible with our schedule. Check in was easy and no fuss. When we arrived the entire home was clean and organized with all the necessary items needed like kitchen appliances, plates, cups, utensils, extra sheets, pillows, and towels. Our favorite part, The pool was spotless and ready to be used! We also cooked on the grill and enjoyed our time outside. A neighbor close by lit some fireworks and we enjoyed the show while we had a night swim. It was the perfect ending to the perfect getaway. We look forward to coming back.

Wonderful Gathering Place in the Phoenix Sun

We spent a wonderful week with our grown daughter, her husband, and two kids. Since we live in different states that both have winter weather, this was an ideal place for us to meet and spend time together. The house is well designed for a group. It has a large common area and a spacious primary suite with a large attached bathroom. The other two bedrooms and bathroom are off a hallway in another area of the house. We enjoyed many hours relaxing in the pool and hot tub. It’s a convenient location and a spacious house. Had a wonderful time. If we’re in the area again, we would definitely try to stay here again.
