Welcome to Old City Retreat! This property is a 2nd floor unit within walking distance to downtown St. Augustine. The property has an updated fully stocked kitchen, dining room, and a spacious living room. Each bedroom has a Queen sized bed. There are flat screen smart televisions in both of the bedrooms and the living room. The balcony overlooks the other historic homes in the area. The neighborhood is friendly and inviting and we look forward to you staying with us.

St. Augustine Vacation

Our stay at Park Place was very nice. Location was very accessible to Old Town St. Augustine with all it had to offer and was a quick drive to the beach. I would stay here again!

Amazing location

This house was the perfect location to walk to the Night of Lights and a short drive to the beach to watch the fireworks. My family loved our vacation and how close everything was. The house was clean and we will miss sitting on the front porch every morning to eat breakfast and feel the warm sun. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great location and accomodations

This place is .5 miles from all the restaurants and fun! We liked the recent upgrades done in unit. The neighborhood was decent and very quiet. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony. There is no longer a table out there as shown in the photos, but they did have nice side tables to put your drinks on. If we were ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here.

Easy Access to Old Historic St Augustine

The apartment was a brief one mile walk. This was helpful because parking in that area can be a challenge. The side parking drive beside the VRBO rental and off the street made made entering apartment easy.

Nice 2nd story close to Old City

Clean, cute 2bd 1bath upstairs apt. Beds were old and squeaky but bedrooms were roomy. Quiet safe neighborhood and parking spot available in driveway. Buy water for drinking and coffee maker because water smells like sulphur. Large living room with nice furniture. Little Blue Hen is around the corner and a great breakfast spot.

Escaping Midwest winter

The property was just as described. And we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Great location for a short walk the hIstoric area of St Augustine and lots of great restaurants. A short drive to St Augustine beach. The apartment had everything we needed with a Publix a few minutes away for necessities. Very quiet in the evenings when we returned. We had no issues that we needed to contact Quinn for, check in was a breeze and everything was in good order. Would definitely recommend to others.

This is a very nice, clean, comfortable apartment close to St. George St. In a very nice, quiet neighborhood. We loved relaxing on the porch both during the morning and in the evenings. We are already looking for to our next stay!

Excellent Home for Vacation

I rented this for my mom and I as we recently lost my dad and she needed to get away. This place is beautiful. Very clean and fully stocked, a home away from home. We will definitely be back and I can’t wait!!! Beautiful area and very quiet. It was perfect and exactly what we needed. Thank you!!! See you soon!!!

Cozy, cute apartment

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely. Only a walk away from George Street. There are so many things to see and this is the perfect location to do so. The home itself was very at home feeling. I loved that it was not overly decorated with having our two year old with us. Every morning we could have coffee and sit on the front porch if we had wanted to. My only complaint would be I wish the bathroom (mainly beside the toilet/tub) had been a bit cleaner. We would happily book this home again and truly enjoyed our stay!
