Our 5 bed/4 ½ bath Timberline Cabin #20 is one of the closest units to the dock and lake access. The modern yet slightly rustic décor gives this cabin a charming atmosphere that you will feel in every room. The view of the lake is just icing on the cake!

Best suited for 8 adults + 6 children. Base rate covers 10 guests; extra guest fees apply for 11-14 guests from May 22nd - Sept 20.

This spacious 3-level lakefront cabin features an open-concept main floor with a fully stocked kitchen, farmhouse dining table, and cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, a large TV, and electric fireplace. The main level also includes a beautiful King suite with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you'll find two more King suites with luxurious bedding, and one has a view of the lake. The lower level offers a King bedroom with en-suite access and a Full-over-Queen bunk room, plus a second living area with a sleeper sofa and large TV. Step out to the patio to enjoy the private hot tub, accessible from both the bedroom and living room. With plenty of space and comfort on every level, it is perfect for families or groups.

PLEASE READ – IMPORTANT BOOKING RULES
These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August)
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g., Fri–Mon, Mon–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on weeknights only (Monday–Thursday)
• January, February, and April: 2-night stays allowed any night
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS
No check-in or check-out on the following holidays:
• Thanksgiving Day
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
(Faria Resorts reserves the right to review and possibly modify or relocate to an identical unit for certain dates due to calendar availability or holidays.)

*Check-out 10am (always strictly enforced)
*We love to be flexible when we can - free early check-in is often available during the off-season. Just send us a message to see if it's an option for your stay.
