The unit itself is spacious and clean and was perfect for a small family to have everything we need and be comfortable. Nothing fancy, but nice and very affordable. Close to town, cute lobby and game room. For those features, it would get a 5 star rating. I was only disappointed with the motel staff. I was charged the resortpet fee and then on top of that, they charged me the deposit three times! I checked out yesterday morning and the charges have not been released. The gentleman at the front desk was rude. The coffee pot in our room was cracked and leaked all over the counter. I went to the lobby to get a replacement and was told one would be brought to our room but it never came. Minor annoyances but I would definitely stay again.

Great place for the price. Cute lobby. Easy check in aced out prices, and clean and updated condo. Nothing fancy but everything we needed.

Nicely renovated rooms in a motel / hotel complex about 5 minutes from downtown Steamboat. Check-in process very slow. There is no one in the front office at night. We found out our key wasn't keyed properly and got locked out of our room. The after-hours process (phone in main lobby) didn't work because the phone line and phone themselves didn't work. Air conditioners disturbingly loud and ineffective. Impossible to control temperature in the rooms. We received an unexpected "resort fee" - for what, who knows? But otherwise clean, spacious, and decent location.

Birthday weekend

The condo is nice, but lacking on kitchen supplies. We did a lot of cooking at the condo and had to go buy supplies. Need more dishwasher tablets because you have to do dishes after every meal because of lack of dishes. Also condo is on third floor, I never saw that in condo description. No elevator. I had to clean the shower drain out because it was so clogged. Otherwise a great stay.

Less than stellar

Almost 2.5 hr delay in check in (not clean) after long trip to property, no hot tub on site as advertised (being repaired), no screen share for TV/option for streaming platforms, terrible shuttle from mountain (waited over 1hr at base to battle for spot on bus), THC smoke directly into my kids room from outside, leaking toilet and dishwasher, no rugs (safety issue for wet boots). Was clean, quiet. Great for 20 yr olds with low bar.

Clean but difficult check in if coming after hours

We were around 9pm arriving. We had to use a telephone to call someone to give us code for door. This property appeared to be an old apartment and was not ADA certified as there was no elevator and office was also upstairs and very very dark when using phone for door code. This was not equipped with everything we needed for the kitchen

Good stay but beware there are 2 different properties

Had a great stay, but found out when we checked in that one reservation was at a different Legacy vacation property, so our group of 10 had so split up. And they are not really close. I was frustrated because I had reached out to the owner to book both, and they never mentioned the two listings I was looking to book were in different units. There is a free shuttle between them, so it didn't really affect the vacation that much, but it would have been nice for all of us to have been in the same building.

Steamboat Stay

The location is perfect with shuttle service to the mountain. The rooms were spacious. We had 5 people and good space for all. The unit was clean, a bit outdated but clean. I would recommend the owners change out the faucets on the sink. They are so old and kind of hard to turn on and off. Other than a bit outdated the unit is nice and convenient
