The house was in a great location, with a decently equipped kitchen, a clean hot tub, and plenty of space for a family to spread out.Unfortunately, the beds were a major drawback. They were extremely uncomfortable for all adults in both rooms, and the box springs were so noisy that even small movements disturbed sleep. The poor quality of the mattresses and boxsprings left everyone with neck, shoulder, and back pain. Given this, we would not stay at this rental again.

We have stayed at this property once before and could not wait to spend more time here. It did not disappoint. First, the location. If you are coming to Bend, there can’t be a location more central to anything you could possibly want. Its literally right off the highway, but in an extremely quiet neighborhood. A very walkable distance to the Old Mill district is something we love as well.The property itself is also amazing. Having a true 2 car garage is just incredible. No one comes to Bend to sit in the house. So to have a covered lockable space to store bikes, kayaks or skis is incredible. 2 visor openers are included.Leaving the garage to the house you are greeted by a very inviting hot tub. Just the thing for relaxing after a busy day in the outdoors. Next to the hot tub there is an equally inviting outdoor dining table. There is also a small lawn area that is surrounded by a fence that would make any canine owner very happy.Upon entering the actual house there is a laundry/mud room and a half bathroom. Off of that is the kitchen area which seperates two living rooms with their own televisions. The kitchen is well stocked and includes an in freezer ice maker. There is a small outdoor patio area off the main dining room which is really great.Upstairs there are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms and more than ample closet space. The beds and linens were super comfortable.Overall this has to be the best VRBO property we have ever stayed in.

The house was really nice with plenty of space for the four of us. We really liked the back yard and hot tub area and it was great for our two dogs. The house is in a good location. The only thing was the air conditioning didn’t work the whole time we were there. Even on the last day that was actually cooler, we tested it and the air didn’t turn on. We communicated with Arrived, but it didn’t get resolved. They did offer to try and find another house with air conditioning that worked, but we decided to pass since we were already settled. It was a nice offer though.

We appreciated having two bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom. There was also a pull out couch downstairs and a half bath. The backyard was spacious, grassed, and fenced - great for outdoor dining. The hot tub was clean and a welcome amenity after long hikes!

Great central home in Bend

Walkable to most things. Comfortable home that has nice secured yard for those quiet hang out and safe for furry rascals. The agency managing was really friendly and attentive, refreshing to see.

Amazing location

Truly amazing stay. Spotless home in a great location. The hosts were extremely responsive and checked in via text frequently to make sure we were enjoying our stay. Really comfortable and plenty of space for everyone. We will be back!

Family Time

My husband and I meet my mom and her husband in Bend every year. This house was clean and a nice walk to the Old Mill. Neighborhood was quiet. So many fun things to look at in the house. Communication with the host was excellent.

Weekend in Bend

We had great time in Bend and this home was in a great location for walking to town. Easy access, clean, great for our family with a dog and had lots of great items for cooking together! Thanks and would love to return for another visit!

Great stay!

It was a beautiful home in a very convenient location! Very close to Mt Bachelor making it super easy to go snowboarding or skiing! The hot tub was really nice after a long day outdoors! Highly recommend!

Great location

Very nice property for 2 couples and dog friendly! Location was close to mill district and easy access to all of Bend and road to Bachelor. Super clean, nice hotub and fenced yard. Would stay again.
