Live music for lunch at Rumrunners Steakhouse and evening outdoor events at Fathoms Restaurant and Bar will keep you entertained. Join the ladies on the patio for a class of Zumba most Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9:30 AM. Host was great to work with. Condo was beautiful with all amenities one would need for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the convenience of having a fitness room a short walk away and the shops and restaurants also nearby for shopping, dining and entertainment. Thoroughly enjoyed our 10 day stay!

Great location for the 4th of July!

We had a great stay! It was perfect to watch the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony! Food, drinks, live music, the marina, friendly neighbors...it was all great!

Winter Birthday escape

We had a wonderful week at this beautiful condo. The condo is very comfortable, well appointed and clean. You can walk to many restaurants and pools. Thank you Gosia for all the extra things that made our stay more comfortable. We would stay here again.

My husband and I love the Cape Harbor area and our stay was great. My daughter and 3 year old grand daughter stayed for 3 days - grand daughter loved the pool.We enjoy the cafe in the morning and the music at night.Location is perfect.Would be nice to have a Keurig coffee maker :)

It was a little complicated getting into the property but it may have been because we were so tired at the time. The condo was a perfect setup for us and the property is beautiful!

Thank you so much Jerry for your feed back. We did change cleaning service after seeing it and so far so good🤞 It is difficult to rely on employees when we can not be there to do it ourselves and unfortunately some will not follow through. I am glad you did have a good stay though

Great property

Graet property and location. Very clean, and accomodatiosn were terrific. Owner is very responsiove and helpful. Process to get into building, get keys, access garage, etc..is complicated and a bit time consuming andf inconveneient, but once in, eveything is very easy.

Great place

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful 10 day stay at this beautiful condo. Place was spacious, spotless with a great view of the marina. Great restaurants and live entertainment nightly. Very quiet and relaxing atmosphere. We have have rented on VRBO in Arizona and Florida numerous times over the past 8 years. Mal’s condo was the best place we have stayed at. Thank you Mal.

Great location

Location is close to restaurants and shops. Live music at Fathoms was great! We had a few bumps with the buildings fire alarm system, and some early morning construction noise, but this is no fault of the owner, and obviously we realize they’re still trying to rebuild after the hurricane. Overall we had a nice stay at this beautiful condo and location, and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful view of the marina. Home was clean and nicely appointed. Pool access was very limited. Club access was closed due to construction.

Hi Patric, I am sorry for the limited access to the amenities. We still have a lot of construction in our complex and in the Cape CoralFort Myers area due to the hurricane Ian that destroyed this part of Florida last year. We do have 2 pools though and they never close both at the same time.

Happy with our stay

Overall, I was very happy with this choice. I found that the condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable. It has a very nice view of the marina. There was a little bit of construction across the marina when we were there, but I’m sure that is temporary.This condo was located steps away from restaurants and tourist shops. This was extremely convenient for us. I still recommend a rental car for anyone who stays because it will make it easier to enjoy sites in the Cape Coral and Fort Myers area.

Beautiful place

Give this place a five star rating. The view is absolutely gorgeous. All the appliances in the kitchen are first class. The only thing I would change is it needs a lounge chair for older people the furniture is too low for an only person to get up comfortably that does not change the five star rating. I would come back next year definitely.

Beautiful but not so comfy

Great view of the harbor, nice neighborhood with restaurants and entertainment, great king mattresses. Downside was very low-slung sofa and extremely poor water pressure. Only 1 person could use any water source at a time.

Birthday Trip

Although the weather was cold and rainy, we had a relaxing stay and found some things to do. The condo is on the 8th floor and a great view. Great restaurant across the parking lot. Getting all the keys is a little complicated but just follow the directions. The only negative complaint is the low water pressure in showers. Not sure if it's controlled by the building or if she has a water reducer on them. Just takes awhile to get shampoo out of your hair if long. It's a very clean condo and decorated very pretty. I think you would enjoy staying there, especially in warmer weather.
