THE CONDO: The layout of our condo is perfect for groups because you have multiple areas ideal for spending time together, with separate space for unwinding, doing homework or catching up on emails. The open plan kitchen, living and dining areas are great for sharing meals, sunsets and games, and the living room has huge floor-to-ceiling glass doors that lead to the southwest-facing screened lanai overlooking the beauty of the wetlands. The primary bedroom (with en suite bathroom) occupies the whole left side of the condo and includes a door to the huge screen porch, which is perfectly furnished for relaxation. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms and family bathroom are laid out on the other side of the living spaces, providing plenty of privacy for friends or multi-generational families. Both bedrooms include doors to the other lanai, which is furnished for casual meals or working from the computer while enjoying the view and the breeze. The kitchen is stocked with recently upgraded appliances, dishes, and pots & pans for cooking, and we'll send you a big list of our favorite restaurants and activities after you book!
