The guest after you mentioned it to us and we went over and replaced the shower nozzle (filter) right away as it was clogged. Now the pressure is back to normal and great! Great stay in Orcutt!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean, super quiet, and had all the amenities for a great stay in the area. It is close to the community park, at which we enjoyed several morning walks.

Perfect Stay

The house is in a neighborhood that is quiet and safe. The house itself was very clean and had the perfect amount of space for the 5 of us. We used it as a place to sleep while visiting family in the area, but I was very impressed by how easy check in was and how clean the house was. It is well maintained. It is close to the freeway and whatever adventures you have planned. We will be booking here again.

Great place to stay. New and very clean.

This is an excellent place to stay while you visit the wineries in the area. Close to the freeway but very quiet. Unlike some other VRBOs this one is nicely appointed with everything you need to cook.

WONDERFUL PROPERTY & LOCATION

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The unit is new, clean, and is well-stocked with all the necessities. With two young kids, having an in-unit washer and dryer was such a bonus! Melissa was incredibly responsive/communicative, and the location was convenient for our weekend visit with family in the local area. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect little house!

You will find everything you need! We appreciated the quality of the house and appliances. The communication was easy and we found also a tiny Christmas Tree! Perfect! We highly recommend the house if you are linking for something in the area.

Better than Advertised

Awesome experience! Orcutt is close to lots of wineries (Los Olivos, Santa Maria, etc). It was brand new, very clean, and great communication. While finding the place was slightly difficult due to the GPS not registering the address, the host was clear about this and we were able to find it quickly. Great experience! Would definitely go back here to stay.

Nice newer place, great location

We stayed during Labor Day weekend when there was a heatwave in Santa Maria. Although the house does not have A/C, there is a ceiling fan and Melissa provided a standup fan as extra. We found that with the windows open later in the day and evening, the house kept cool. Really nice place in a quiet residential neighborhood in a convenient location. It provided everything we needed.

Great Property... Rough process

The property is GORGEOUS! Built with HIGH END finishes and appliances! Gives a very luxury vibe. My problem was with the lack of communication. Check in was at 4pm... but, by 7pm we still didn't have the code to access the property. After several calls and messages we finally got the code. Host was VERY apologetic, so it seemed like a one-time oversight. The property is GORGEOUS & that is wonderful!

Great place, great value!

Lovely 2 bedroom, 1 bath house. It had everything we wanted or needed. All kitchen, bathroom, and laundry supplies were provided. Very clean. The owner put a lot of thought into the details. Board games in the living room (the pie puzzle needs to go it is missing 25 peices lol, we left a couple new puzzles so the old one could be discarded). The patio table and chairs outside were great. The only things I would change are in this order: 1. Shower needs more water pressure 2. Hot water needs to be set hotter 3. Upgrade to bedroom mattresses to thicker, higher quality when monies allow. 4. Upgrade the dining room chairs to something more sturdy, heavier duty when monies allow. Even with these opportunities for improvement, I still give 5 stars!!

Hi Matt, thanks so much for your feedback. The water pressure and temperature was set to CA code since it’s a new build but we’ve just made the adjustments to improve the pressure and the warmth. I did throw away the pie puzzle, thanks for leaving a few! I’ve only gotten great reviews on the comfort of the mattresses, and yes the master is a platform bed so it does sit a little shorter.

I love living on the beautiful Central Coast of California. This became a dream of ours when my husband and I were living in Utah and within 3 years we made it happen. Now 18 years later we still love it and have really enjoyed the small town community feel we have here.

I really enjoy going to the beach with my kids and friends, hiking in the Orcutt hills and all over the area, paddle boarding, and having bonfires on the beach. My hope is that I can help you experience these things while you're here as well.

This house is so beautiful! All the way down to the finishing touches, it was done with such care. Enjoy the privacy of your own fenced in patio and space. The house boasts a full kitchen, living and dining room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. Each bed (including sofa sleeper) has memory foam mattresses for extra comfort. All linens are provided and kitchen is well stocked.
