Dog friendly, No stairs, Ground Floor, Footprints to the beach

Come kick back and enjoy our ground floor ocean front condo at latitude 33.8 on the Atlantic ocean in Cherry Grove Beach. Tile floors through out keeps it pleasant for you and your doggy. Comfy sofa and chair with wi-fi TV for streaming and Spectrum local TV. Dining for two at the spacious windows. Step onto the patio deck with metal picket fencing that allows your doggy to sit safely with you. This opens to a large deck with more patio tables and chairs, a shower and hose and the walkway to the beach. The kitchen has standard features of full size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, drip coffee maker and pod coffee maker. Dishes, cookware, and cutlery to fit most needs. The bedroom has a king bed with bedside tables and lamps. Bedroom has ample closet, chest of drawers and a smart TV. The bathroom is standard size with walk-in shower, tile throughout. Linens are provided with your rental except for beach towels and your dog linens. We do have sofa and chair covers in place. We have carefully selected surfaces and materials that make this jewel dog friendly without compromising human comforts.
This dog friendly vacation rental in north Myrtle beach can comfortably sleep 2 people in a one king bedroom one bath. The condo has a full kitchen laundry television internet and large open deck where Fido can get fresh air! Linens and towels are provided, please note there is a minimum stay of 3 nights at this property. Guest will receive a 100% refund if reservation is cancelled at least 60 days before arrival date.
A 50% refund if cancelled 30 days before the arrival date. Guest may check in anytime after 2pm and check out by 10am.
If you are traveling with a pet (dogs only) I need the age, breed and size. I need this information at the time of the inquiry.
We do not take 2 large dogs in a unit between May 15-September 15. We cannot rent to Pit-bulls or Rottweilers. We do not rent to dogs less than one year old. We do not rent to cats. We are dog friendly so Bring Fido.
DOG RESTRICTIONS AND GUIDELINES

OUR SMALL ocean front property consist of 9 units. Each condo is dog friendly. We have maintained our dog friendly status by monitoring the amount of dogs in the building and the breeds we accept. This means we have 9 dogs most everyday on premises. We limit the amount of dogs in each unit to 2 dogs. Two small dogs, under 20 pounds are allowed most all times providing the total number in the building does not exceed 12. We limit 2 large dogs to September14 thru May 14 depending on how many large dogs and over all dogs are in the building at that time. Dogs are not allowed on the beach from May 15-September 15 between the hours of 9am-5pm.
Acceptable dogs must be at least one year old.
We restrict certain breeds due to their defense abilities, ie power dogs, muscle dogs, guard dogs. We understand these dogs are well behaved, gentle, clean and your love, however, they were bred to defend and are very efficient at this task. All dogs will defend their masters, even tiny ones. If a small dog charges a powerful breed, the strong dog will settle the disagreement with major injury to the other dog.
Our approach to hosting all sized dogs has worked for our building for 30 years. It takes major coordination on our part to offer the safest yet inclusive vacation for you and your dog.

Mid size dogs do not count as small dogs. Shoulder height 16-25 inch, weight 20-60 pounds. These are Spaniels, Australian Shepards, Cattle dogs, Bull Dog, Beagle etc.

All dogs on 6 ft or less leash while on our property or in owners arm.

Harness should be used.
