Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Our favorite place in Maui

This is the second time we’ve stayed at Sugar Beach resort and both times it has been amazing. Reasonable price, up-front about the unit and good amenities. Amazing ocean-front beach view

Amazing stay with ocean view

The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need. The condo is also nice, good amenities. The Lanai is the cherry on top! I'd definitely come back for another stay and recommend.

Always a perfect view

Love Sugar Beach! The room was clean but could use some updating. Wish there were beach chairs and 4 chairs on lanai instead of two sit down chairs and one lay down chair which takes almost half of the lanai. The curtains on the bedroom are too short, lets in too much light at night, carpet needs a good cleaning or be replaced.along with the drapes. We have been coming here since 1982 and will be back.

Great place perfect spot.

This vacation condo was great. Very clean. Located in the perfect spot on the beach with super whale watching and awesome sunsets. We plan on returning. Highly recommend!!!!

Love the sound of the surf

We love the Sugar Beach Condos. Have stayed there 3 times because we are right on the beach and listening to the surf from the lanai. This time, we were on the 4th floor. Our unit was clean, comfortable mattress and well appointed.

Great views, thoughtful details

The unit was as promised. The managers provided items I've had to supplement in other units in the past -- lots of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. Small details but annoyances if you have to go out and buy more on vacation. We've already put down our deposit for next year!

Loved every minute especially the ultimate view, walks along the beaches, pool and hot tub, close to great hikes, snorkeling and restaurants. Even dropped by the outrigger club and joined in for an early morning of paddling. The place was clean and had more room than the pictures showed. The communication with booking was excellent. We will definitely be back. It was more expensive than most of the rental spots we book and worth every penny.

Relaxing Experience

We felt so welcome from the moment we walked in. The place was spotless, the furniture was all very clean and looked new. The condo had all the amenities we could have wanted and the rooms felt homey without it feeling like you were intruding on someone else’s home. The view is phenomenal and the balcony seats are so relaxing. The resort itself is in a great location, lots of parking and easy to get to and from the condo. Easy access to the beach for long beach walks, runs, swimming, and canoeing. The pool and barbecue areas were clean and felt like a resort. It was so hard to leave and cannot wait to go back!

Wonderful Condo with a stunning view of the ocean

My friend and I had a great time staying at Condo 424 at Sugar Beach. Was a wonderful place. We sat on the deck for many hours and enjoyed the sun and the view. Many wonderful walks down the beach looking for shells, dipping in the ocean and just absorbing all the positive vibes of nature. Great central location for heading out in all directions. I have stayed at Sugar Beach many years ago and will come back and stay here again in the future. It just feels like the perfect home away from home! Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Enjoyed our stay. Once we figured out TV, enjoyed being able to watch our Netflix etc shows each evening. Didn’t find a cutting board in kitchen - could have used one. Nice to have reliable elevators - unlike some places we’ve stayed.

Great Place to Stay !

I would definitely recommend this property & unit to others. The beach front view is spectacular and is exactly like the photo online. The sun sets are incredible from the balcony and the beach is beautiful... While visually the building / unit is "dated" in some ways... it has brand new washer/dryer (always a bonus) the kitchen is fully loaded with literally just about anything you need to cook your own meals. We didn't use the pool or hot tub but they looked decent and they have beach front views as well ! The host's management company communicates well and provides excellent information about check-in, etc. They even had a thoughtful welcome package in the unit for us which was a very nice touch. Great location - close to centre of island so it's easy to get to both Kaanapali , Wailea if you have a car. I would definitely stay at this unit again if the opportunity arose.
