Condominio bellamente restaurado. Nuevos muebles de sala marzo de 2016. Duerme cuatro con el rey de California en el dormitorio y la reina en la sala de estar. Cocina totalmente equipada que incluye frigorífico con máquina de hielo, lavavajillas, horno microondas y cocina con horno de tamaño completo. Televisor de pantalla plana de 32 pulgadas y cable WI-FI. Hay una lavadora y secadora en el condominio. Hay parrillas para barbacoa disponibles. Una piscina climatizada y bañera de hidromasaje se encuentran en la zona del patio. Nuestro condominio está a solo unos pasos de una playa oceánica desierta, ideal para caminar y nadar.

Relaxing getaway

We enjoyed our stay, everything was close by and in a quiet beach resort felt safe at all times. The place met our expectation especially how clean it was our priority!

Sugar Beach Resort #303

Room was clean and updated. Had everything one would need, including beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, etc. Property was well manicured with pool and nice beach in front. Easy to get to and around the island. Owners were easy to talk to and included plenty of information about the room and places to go. Would definitely stay here again.

Best family getaway

We took all of our kids and grandkids and stayed at Sugar Beach resort. That is the only place the kids wanted to be on the beach or at the pool. The accommodations were great. If you didn’t feel like cooking, you could go down to the little restaurant have a bite to eat or maybe even something to drink the walk on the beach to the bakery in Kihei was great best place to stay in Maui.

Nice/clean accommodations for a fair price

When we arrived, locating the unit was easy. We found the unit to be exactly as advertised and was clean and well stocked with the necessities. I had to reach out to the owners for a non problem question and they responded immediately. The grounds are well kept with plenty of colorful foliage. We felt the hot tub a bit small for the size of the complex. We would rent this unit again if we travel there again.

Time at sugar beach

First of all Mahalo to Jon and Nancy. They have been so easy to communicate with and so accommodating. They truly have a little slice of paradise here at sugar beach. The ocean view is more stunning than the photos. The condo is equipped with anything you could possibly want or need. Bed and pillows are so comfy. We truly enjoyed our time at sugar beach and hope to return soon! Lots of great places in the area and good location! 5 stars.

Best place to stay in Maui

We were above and beyond impressed with this condo and location. So happy we picked this place. We’ve been to Maui many, many times and this is now our favorite place to stay. The location was perfect, the condo and all the amenities we’d ever need (stocked with beach items), size perfect, so clean and up to date, and the view was even better in person (spectacular). The owner was so helpful and provided great advice. Everyone was so friendly and the beaches were great for a morning or evening walk. Sugar Beach was never crowded. What a great retreat!

Great Stay

Can’t find anything negative to say about this property. It was absolutely home away from home. All the amenities were as described, awesome view of the ocean, steps to the beach! Will definitely stay here again! Best if you rent a car to ease with movement around town.

Pefect stay

We had a great time staying at Sugar Beach. As some others have mentioned, it does tend to get windy in the afternoon. Not a problem for us as were happy to go and visit a different beach / part of the island each day. The resort location is great with quick access to main roads. Not a lot close by if you want to walk, however. The condo was nice and clean. The owner, and on-island concierge, were both quick to reply to any questions we had. Would highly recommend staying here, 5*

We had a wonderful stay at this well appointed, beautiful sugar beach condo. The owner was very responsive to questions we had before arrival and was very easy to work with. We will definitely return in the future!

Comfortable, homey condo in a great location

We stayed here for five nights on our first visit to Maui and it was perfectly located for exploration in every direction — away from all the noise and crowds of Kehei but quick and easy road access to all of its restaurants and shops, 10-12 minutes to all the big box stores in Kahului, less to all the boat trips and the Ocean Center at Maalaea, and reasonably close to Haleakala and the upcountry. The Resort’s beach, pool, hot tubs and grills are fine, and the condo itself is very comfortable and well equipped. Jon gave us plenty of practical info and was quickly responsive to our questions. We had a memorable stay and would return to his condo on a future visit without hesitation.

Wonderful location. Condo was great. Updated. Beach was immaculate. We were able to see some whales. Views from the balcony were stunning. Will definitely be back.

We loved it!

The property was great. It felt like home for the week. It had everything we needed. Great location - close to Kihei and its restaurants and activities but not in the "hustle and bustle". Also easy to get to other parts of the island. John was extremely responsive to my questions.

Sugar Beach Resort Condo

The condo was perfect for our needs. It had everything we could possibly need (much more than we actually used) and the location in the complex was perfect...balcony overlooking the pool/beach, close to parking... We enjoyed the condo, pool, hot tub, and beach daily.

As advertised

We had a great experience from booking to check in. We received a welcome packet a few weeks before out stay. We checked in through the front desk upon arrival and the condo door has a door sticker as proof that the property was professionally cleaned and sanitized. We had everything that we needed, including washer and dryer. The view from the balcony was so amazing. The walk to the pool and beach was also short. We’d love to come back again!
