Private oasis

The house is very clean. Even though the house had carpet it was immaculate. I couldn’t believe how clean the carpets were. We enjoyed the nice fishing/crabbing dock. According to our children we had the most comfortable bed on the second floor because it had a good 3-4 inch topper so they may need to do that for the other beds in house. It was a short drive to the beach and public access wasn’t bad at all. We have a handicap grandchild(14) and the fire department had plenty of beach wheelchairs for donation only! Super nice. Would highly recommend if you have a large group(we had 14).

Tons of space

This house has so much sleeping space. Perfect for our family and a couple of our kids friends. The dock is amazing. We brought kayaks and fished and swam for hours a day. We also kayaked to the beach and found amazing shells. We had to contact the property manager when the fridge stopped working but the brought a new one out. The ONLY thing I could say needs improvement is the older AC units. This had to be repaired while we were there but the bottom bedrooms remained fairly warm. That being said we would still book this every year. Hard to find a property like this anywhere!

Very nice house. We were looking to enjoy the creek and this property certainly met expectations. We spent most all of our time on the dock, in the boat, or in the water. We took paddle boards and that worked out well as you can paddle to some beaches and around the dock. We took a large float that we used.Plenty of bedrooms and family friendly. We grilled out a few times. The only thing we were not crazy about was the carpet. Hardwoods would be great. The view from the top of the house and the dock is really amazing and very unique. It is better than the pictures....you can see the creek/marsh and in the distance the ocean. Simply beautiful. We did not take one, but a canoe would be a good idea it you like that type of activity. The house is secluded and very private. The near by trails and Boneyard beach were great activities for us.
