Completely renovated and decorated (summer 2021) and updated (2023), the home has all you’ll need for a relaxing vacation in the Florida sunshine – just bring your sunglasses and bathing suit!

Enter the house and you`ll immediately feel the calm space created by the open concept design. On your left is the breakfast bar and the fully equipped kitchen for those lazy morning breakfasts or home cooked meals on the nights you fancy eating in. The dining area seats 4 and also leads directly out to the small screened in patio, where you can dine al fresco and throw some locally caught fish on the grill.

The living area has comfortable reclining sofas and a large smart TV with cable - perfect for a movie night on one of your favorite apps (don`t forget to bring your log-ins!). There is also a half bath on this floor.

All three bedrooms are on the second floor.

The primary bedroom is a very generous size, with a king bed, walk-in closet, office space with desk and chair, a large smart TV, and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and his `n hers vanity.

The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed, and a closet for your clothes storage.
The second guest bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk-in closet.

The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination and a single vanity.

This home has a double garage for parking, that you are welcome to use and for those Florida beach days, we have beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for your use. We also have 3 adult bikes, which are great for cycling to the Sail Harbour community pool, which you will also have access to.

Guests will have access to the entire townhouse, including the garage, and also to the community pool and cabana.

We manage this beautiful vacation home for the owners and are available by phone or text anytime during your stay. There will also be a comprehensive house manual at the property. Please feel free to contact us before your trip to ask any essential questions via the Airbnb app and we will be happy to answer them.

Sail Harbour Community is ideally located in Fort Myers, close to shops, restaurants and 15 minutes from the historic river district. Some of the Gulf Coast’s premier beaches are minutes away including Fort Myers Beach (Estero Island), Lover’s Key and Sanibel and Captiva Islands which feature some of the best shelling and beaches in Florida. And if you are a golfer, there are many excellent courses to choose from in the local area.

We have 3 bikes that you are welcome to use, for getting around the community. You will need a car for most places, although there are also good Lyft and Uber services in the area.

**PLEASE NOTE** As with most gated communities in Fort Myers and Naples, all renters are required to complete a Renter Agreement, plus an Application. Once approved, this allows for two entry barcode car stickers. There is a processing fee of $100pp (which has been included in your booking fees). There is also a $50 fee per adult, which covers the national criminal background check that is required. This has NOT been included in your booking fees and we will contact you once booked to arrange this charge. We cannot 100% confirm the booking until the application has been approved by the association, but your dates will be held until that is confirmed.

Unfortunately we are NOT allowed to host the furry members of your family.
Sail Harbour is a secure community with an HOA application process to be completed 30 days in advance. so please plan accordingly. There is an application form that must be completed with the Sail Harbour HOA and an application fee of $100, which has been included in your booking fees. They also require a background check.

There is a minimum booking requirement of 30 days (or more) and the minimum booking age is 25.

This is a residential community, so please respect neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am

We understand that accidents do happen. If damage occurs during your stay, please notify the property manager immediately, so we may rectify.
