Heyyy, So I’m not mad AT all on the review. I’m grateful, yet ready for action. These things will Be fixed, we have treated the home for pests and critters, the drains have all been fixed and the sand is the only thing left to add more. Reason it hasn’t been fixed is we’re entering raining season and as rain and wind comes it tends to grow legs and run away :) but this will also be fixed as well. Thank you and I hope you can give us another try one day.

Hello wanted to clarify why a refund was not possible: we communicated on September 30th and also october 6 th. And nothing was mentioned for a refund. If they wouldn’t have let visitors into the city were not sure how your sister was able to pass by the home to check it out on October 6th. We’ve been hosting people since a day after the hurricane as our property was not damaged. We also received power and water 3 days after the hurricane and both were working on your day. Not sure where the information was passed to you that our town was closed because we have been hosting fema workers including politicians in the home since the disaster. We did refund your November stay with no question as it was enough time of a notice. The reason why your one day was not refunded was because after our conversation on September 30 and again on October 6 no refund was requested we only requested a refund a day prior which would’ve given us no time to house another guest for that one day like I said we are contracted currently with FEMA to host emergency response from doctors surgeons politicians and disaster relief teams. I hope this clarifies any confusion.
