It truly sparkles at night and invites you in to enjoy a fireside chat, get competitive with a multitude of games, and bring out your inner chef creating your own personal pizzas with our Ooni pizza oven.

Enjoy the farmhouse rustic design accompanied by high-end amenities that spread across this cozy home. This Tiny House screams romance and we intentionally kept it tiny with TONS of outdoor amenities to immerse yourself in the outdoors. But don't worry- we provide all the amenities indoors as well.

When you step into the home, you will feel instantly relaxed in the spacious open design, while being ready to reconnect with nature. The main level has a luxury queen bed with two twin loft beds. The home has many windows to soak up the views from sunrise to sunset. We leave guests robes to feel like glamping royalty while you prep to steam up the sauna or draw your outdoor bubble bath.

We truly wanted to make the outdoors magical, so we added a hand crafter outdoor wood burning sauna with a view of the pasture. Pour water over the rocks and enjoy the hot steam for ultimate relaxation.

Meadow View is nestled near the small town of Newport, TN. Its remote location and small-town charm offer a wonderful ambiance and a place to relax and refresh. It provides a perfect escape from the everyday hustle and bustle of the nearby cities of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. BUT our quaint downtown is getting a complete overhaul with local businesses like a brewery, coffee shop, axe throwing space, and more!

If you are craving something sweet, try the hole-in-the-wall delicious Bryant donuts. It doesn't look like much, but they make a seriously scrumptious donut. Need a fancy coffee? Try out the little train car drive-thru of Snowbird Mountain Coffee. Please see our guide for additional recommendations!

Hartford, TN is 15 minutes away and has some of the best white water rafting and relaxing tubing rides in all of Tennessee. Douglas Lake is also 10 minutes away, making this a great location if you’re interested in enjoying the water sports!

Cosby Campground Entrance is 15 minutes away and offers the most serene and peaceful surroundings. This area is truly a hidden gem only known by the locals. Experience a number of trails, ranging from strolls over many bridges and creeks, all the way to advanced long hikes for the experienced hikers. Whether you are a beginner or expert, the views are truly magical, and you will rarely see other hikers and get to enjoy the trails to yourself!

On the way to our 4 acre property, there are windy, narrow, paved roads amongst the trees, so please drive safe.

We allow responsible dog owners to bring their dogs, our property is a beautiful place for our furry friends. Please add pets to reservation, a flat pet fee will apply. **Our dog, Sadie, lives at the property part-time. She is very friendly and a highlight to most guests!**

★ NO SMOKING ★
Please refrain from smoking! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.

★ PARTIES/EVENTS UPON REQUEST ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its condition for all guests and your return visits. We are open to events and parties upon request and may require additional investment.

★ LOCATION ★
We are in close proximity to the freeway, some people may think of it as background noise while others will think it is loud. Noise is louder in the winter when the trees loose their leaves. After 400 guests, we have had very few complaints about noise but please plan accordingly.
Please no smoking of any kind on the property inside or outside to keep our units as clean and fresh as possible for each guest.
