Los huéspedes seguramente disfrutarán de unas vacaciones inolvidables en esta familia unifamiliar totalmente amueblada en una calle sin salida, 6 dormitorios / 4 baños completos y 2 medios baños más una ducha al aire libre.  Hay tres habitaciones con una cama king size y baño privado. Dos habitaciones tienen dos literas en cada habitación, la litera superior es una doble y la inferior una doble. El último dormitorio tiene una cama queen. La casa es un lugar cómodo para dormir 16 personas.  El salón está amueblado con un acogedor sofá y una chimenea de gas. La habitación familiar tiene hermosas vistas del estanque. La cocina es perfecta para comer, ya que está equipada con electrodomésticos Viking y hay parrilla de gas en la terraza.  Situado a una cuadra de la playa, los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de una tarde de kayak y luego ver el atardecer desde la terraza con vista a nuestro estanque

Wonderful home! Great location close to beach, pool was awesome. Owner very responsive. We had 14 of us including 6 kids ages 9-2. All had a great time.

Family Reunion on the Cape

This is a big beautiful home with an in-ground pool in backyard. Perfect for large groups. Lots of fun things to occupy kids. The neighborhood is lovely and the beach is a short walk away. No complaints! Would stay here again!

Spotlessly clean and exceptionally well-equipped (especially the kitchen). Wonderful heated pool and spa on a gorgeous pool deck. More beach and outdoor toys than you can imagine provided in the garage and on the pool deck. House is a little more than a block from the beach but there are caddies for the kayaks and wagons for everything else. A great beach house!

Great family vacation

We are a large group of multiple families that rent a house on the cape every year, and this place was great for kids and adults. The nearby beach was perfect for kayaking and paddleboarding, and the pool was a hit with the kids! Owners were very responsive, and we would definitely stay here again.

Family vacation

Beautiful home with plenty of room you are never on top of one another. One disappointment was that there was no outdoor shower, it's just to rinse off after beach it's not enclosed. But overall it was a great week and the owner was very helpful when we texted her.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house has plenty of space so everyone can be comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils etc. Having bikes to go to the beach was fun for all. The proximity of 2 beaches to walk to plus the pool is perfect for our family. As previously noted in reviews, the bed did leave a lot to be desired. Also the number of bath towels was limited. Overall we all had a great vacation in this lovely home.

Fabulous house for our family

We traveled to Cape Cod with our daughters, son in laws and their boys. We were 12 in all.The house was perfect with the three “ master suites” and lots of beds for the boys. They loved the pool area and all the sports equipment and games. They went bike riding and even played a round of golf. Fabulous set up! For me, the best was that the kitchen was fully equipped and easy to navigate. We would definitely rent this house again.

Wonderful place for a large number

This is a wonderful, very large house, with room for everyone. The pool was great and got lots of use. Several beaches are close enough to walk to. We had to cart things by car and then walk back from the house, there is no parking allowed without a permit (which we did not have) at our preferred beach. It was too far with all our stuff and little kids too, but worked fine. Great places to walk and run in the area. Good driving distances to many restaurants and attractions, so a great location. Lovely neighborhood and nice people all around. House was well appointed with paper goods and basic food needs. More than I have had at some other VRBOs. Super clean. The kids had a ball!

Excellent except beds

It’s a beautiful large well-appointed modern house with a pool and relatively close access to a small quiet beach, and many amenities. Apart from the condition of three of the beds, we would have given it 5 stars. But those beds had significant issues - two had slats that were jury-rigged by pieces of lumber that weren’t well secured and so did not quite support my adult children/spouse couples using them (so the beds suddenly sagged), and the third had a creaking box spring (so the mattress had to be moved to the floor so that the couple using it could sleep). The bed issues are mentioned in prior years’ reviews. The owners appear willing to address them, but I would check on this before booking. The owners sent a repair person to shore up the beds. Again, apart from the inconvenience of dealing with failing beds, our stay was excellent.

Excellent house in excellent location with pool

Excellent house in excellent location with pool. The house is a beautiful large house in an exquisite neighborhood, about half a mile from a good beach, with a terrific pool, room for our entire family of five couples with five small children. The owner was extremely responsive with any very minor issues we might’ve had. The house also has kayaks, ping-pong/pool table, air hockey, and everything that young kids two teenage children would enjoy. We love the location in Barnstable which is near the Bourne bridge and near to all of the beaches and sites of Cape Cod. We could not of had a more wonderful experience for our large family!

Amazing week in August

Three generations of our family gathered to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We can't say enough about how much the house made our week so terrific. The house is designed perfectly for our needs - large enough to accommodate us whether we all wanted to gather together or separate off in smaller groups. It is beautifully decorated. All of the adults in our family are good cooks and found the kitchen set up perfectly for us to prepare some great meals and enjoy them altogether. The house location is ideal - quiet in really nice surroundings but close to whatever you need with the beach just a short walk away. The house has nearly everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. We kayaked, biked, went to the beach and, of course, spent lots of the time in the beautiful swimming pool. We ran out of time before we got to do everything that we wanted to do. The owner, Debbie, was very helpful and accommodating. We thank her for sharing her home and making our week so wonderful.

Perfect home in a perfect location

We can't say enough great things about this home! The house is beautiful inside and out and was very spacious for our 11 family & friends to spread out and enjoy. The backyard and pool area along with the finished basement was so much fun! Being walking distance to the local beaches super convenient. The neighborhood felt very safe enough to let our kids venture out on their bikes and explore. The owners were very responsive and helpful. We would definitely rent again!

Great Time!

We had a great time in Cotuit. The house was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Made great use of the pool during the day and the fire pit at night. Easy walk to the beach. Debbie was great to work with.

Fantastic Vacation Home

This was a spectacular large home in a lovely, quiet tree lined community with beautiful views of the pond and sunsets. The house was immaculate with large spacious bedrooms, fully updated kitchen, bathrooms and pool. It was the perfect home for our large family. We all thoroughly enjoyed all the wonderful amenities. Deborah was terrific to deal with and gracious and helpful. We highly recommend this home for any large group.

Great Family Vacation Spot

This property was a perfect fit for our family. The six bedrooms allowed everyone a great place to stay and have some privacy. There are 13 of us with five children under five we thoroughly enjoyed every inch of this beautiful spacious home located within easy walking distance to two beaches, the center of Cotuit with a playground and Kettle Ho. We used the kayaks, pool, table tennis, pool table and video games. Great house for a large group in a terrific location at the beginning of the Cape.

The best vacation

We have just spent a fantastic week at this house. We were three generations ages ranging from 4 to 71, 16 of us in all. The swimming pool was great and used several times a day. Two dishwashers, two dryers, a very well equipped kitchen and a wine fridge made life very easy. We cooked and ate in every night. We used the kayaks to paddle out to Samson Island from the beach, a 5 minute walk away from the house……wonderful. We all loved the games room where our eldest grandson organised daily table tennis tournaments. It was a unanimous agreement among the adults that if anybody has anything negative to say about this house, its contents and the surrounds, they really should go and live in the third world for a few weeks!! If we ever go back to the Cape, I certainly won’t waste my time looking for anywhere else to stay” Debbie [the owner of the house] couldn’t have been more helpful

Amazing family vacation

Wow! What a fantastic vacation. Our large family enjoyed Cotuit and the house was great! We enjoyed using the kayaks and exploring Sampson island, going to the beach in the mornings and coming back to the house for afternoon swims. Having so many bikes was a great surprise and we used them all. Biked around town and to the kettlers baseball game. Cannot say enough on how great the house was with plenty of room for our family. Rooms are big and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the basement and games. The kitchen was great with plenty of dishes and pots and pans. (Need to add Lobster crackers to the kitchen supplies) Our family had a great week and made a lot of memories! We will definitely come back!

Great house, no towels.

This is a gorgeous home. New and clean with a cook's kitchen, tile showers in bathrooms and a lovely swimming pool. But there was one towel per person per week.! it was crazy making. No pool towels, no midweek extra towels. The beds were IKEA. The matresses had metal you cpould feel. A real disconnect from the lovely home but cheaped out on the simple ammenities. Beds and towels.

Perfect family vacation spot

Our stay was fantastic. We got full use of the property during our wedding week in cotuit. We had 13 stay in the home, and it has the perfect layout to allow for fun gatherings and games while also allowing for privacy in the rooms. Tons of bikes, pool was great, and bathrooms beautiful. We also used the pool table every night! Debbie was super responsive and helped us figure out the pool cover (once you do it once it’s a breeze). Lots of open space on the main floor, where we had our hair and makeup done while looking out over the deck for birds on the pond. Only comment i wish we knew in advance was how small the street itself is. The street is like a driveway with three houses off of it, and while for most families the 4 car driveway is enough, with the wedding, we had the buses pick us up on Main Street because they couldn’t make it down. We’re already talking about how special our stay was, and are hoping to do another family trip soon!
