Take a relaxing beach getaway in the beautiful white sand beaches of Miramar Beach in Destin.
Enjoy our family friendly 2BR/2.5BA townhome with an open-concept kitchen, two pools, green space, and a short 5-minute walk to the beach. We personally manage our property and take great pride in keeping our townhome clean, comfortable, and updated for your stay. We hope you choose Woodland Shores and be our guest!
The space
Great location! A five minute walk to the beach and many restaurants and shops nearby in a safe, pleasant neighborhood. A family and dog-friendly community!
Our spacious and cozy two-story unit can accommodate up to 6 adults with 1 king-sized bed in the master, 2 queen-sized beds in the 2nd guest room, and 1 rollaway twin bed. The bright master bedroom has a comfortable patio and pleasant views. Both bedrooms include a private full bath. A ground level patio with comfortable furniture is located in the front overlooking a green belt and foliage.
We provide beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, a cooler with wheels, and beach toys so you can enjoy the beach without extra packing.
A Fully equipped and open-concept kitchen includes updated appliances and everything you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces.
Two patios provide shaded space for a fresh cup of coffee and a book.
Self-check-in makes it easy to get into the unit and start your vacation.
Our unit is sanitized and professionally cleaned after every guest with extra cleaning supplies available in the unit.
Two pools with one located steps from the unit and the other heated to 80 degrees during winter months (November 1 – March 31). Nearby green space is perfect for the kids to run around and play.
Work remotely using our high-speed internet (400+ mbps!) and a desk located in the master bedroom.
Enjoy free cable and wifi with three TVs, one in the living room and two in each of the upstairs bedrooms. HDMI cords are available so you can connect your Roku, Firestick, or gaming devices.
Pack n’ Play and booster chair available by request.
Parking - Unit 51 comes with two assigned parking spots right at the back door. There are additional unassigned parking spots alongside the first pool.
