A large 68 m² living room welcomes you. A lounge area with a wood-burning stove, sofas, a piano, and a television (ideal for board games with family or friends, or for drinks around the stove). A dining area and a kitchen area separated by a bar. The kitchen has a large worktop, a range cooker with ovens, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a toaster. There is also a WC. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, each with a double bed (two 140 cm beds, one of which is a sofa bed, and two 160 cm beds). Spacious enough to add a travel cot (not provided). Three of them have a dressing room. A bathroom with a shower, sink, and WC. Outside, there is a 400 m² garden with outdoor furniture, a parasol, and a barbecue.
You will also have access to the laundry room (washing machine and dryer) in the garage.
