This 2145 custom built square foot home is located between Lake Sumter and Brownwood Paddock Town Squares in the Village of Duval, one block off O'Dell between Morse and Buena Vista Boulevard.

This beautiful custom built home has two bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, that includes a large master suite and bath with adjustable king dual tempur-pedic mattresses for an ultimate sleep experience. The second bedroom has queen size bed and jack-n-jill bathroom share with 3rd bedroom which is used as an office/den area or overflow for guests.

The large kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook a meal or entertain guests. The kitchen has a center island, bar area that seats three for eating or visiting, and desk area at the other end of the kitchen that doubles as a bar area with glassware storage, ice bucket, and everything needed to make cocktails. You will find lots of counter and storage space with pull-outs in most cupboards for easy access to storage. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and baking, and includes a selection of spices, condiments, and other basics.

The formal dining room seats six people and is surrounded by windows with plantation shutters that let lots of light in.

The large entry and family room allows for a view of the enclosed lanai through the stacked sliding glass doors to the lanai. The lanai itself has stackable sliding floor to ceiling glass with 90% privacy screening. Slide the glass enclosures to one side and enjoy a screened in porch experience that offers a table for four with TV for your viewing pleasure or games.

The family/living room has a large sectional with lounge chair and reclinable spaces. Kick-back and enjoy a sports event or movie on a large screen television. High speed internet makes it easy to stream a movie or documentary from any application. A half bath is off the entry way and near the living room.

The utility room has storage cabinets and includes a washer and drier. The utility room is off the kitchen area and has door access to the garage area.
The garage has a separate golf cart entrance and another entrance for your car. There is a utility sink and storage in the garage.

The rental comes with the use of a golf cart during the prime months of the year (November through May).

The property is located a short block from the Duval heated adult pool. The home is 1/2 mile from Seabreeze Recreation Center where you will find bocci ball or pickle ball courts, a sports pool, and other activities you can take part in. You are also less than a mile from two other family recreation centers. The Havanna Country Club is a mile away by car or golf cart and the property is close to at least six golf courses.

Rental during the months of November through May includes the use of 4 seat golf cart with extended roof, outfitted with a golf club rack, 360-degree mirror, side mirrors, backup camera, undercarriage lights, cooler, and Bazooka sound system. Take the golf cart to one of the squares to enjoy music offered nightly, for a round of golf, or tail gating at one of the Polo matches during the spring and fall seasons.

If you enjoy meeting new people, you will find friendly welcoming neighbors in the Village of Duval. If it’s golfing, cycling, swimming, bocce ball, tennis, shuffleboard, cycling, dancing, or listening to music you will find it in The Villages. Enjoy golf at one of the 12 championship courses or 38 executive courses. If you just want to relax by the pool visit one of the 93 swimming pools or join activities at one of the 40 recreation centers.

Weekly rentals are only available during the months of April through December. Only three-month rental opportunities exist for January through March. Payments can be arranged for long term rentals of more than a month. The payments can be divided into three payments with the final payment to be made two months prior to check-in.
