Very nice house. Clean quiet and cozy. Had all the basic necessities supplied. Did not have a toaster when we arrived,when I questioned the owner they immediately shipped one by Amazon the next day. I thought this was a nice touch. The only caveats are the owners supply you with guest passes when you stay and that is what is advertised. However we were unaware that there are different levels of passes resident and guest passes. It is up to the owners which is supplied. The guest passes do not supply the same level of amenities that the resident pass carries. Guest passes do not allow the guest to use sports pools,residents are allowed to book tee times a week or more pror to tee time while guests are not allowed to book until the morning of,which makes it virtually impossible to get a tee time during peak months. You will also be required to pay each outing if you are lucky enough to book a tee time. All events that you sign up for are filled by people with resident passes first and if the class fills up the guest pass holder will be cut and not allowed to participate after waiting to attend. The other issue was with the use of the golf cart. I was under the impression that the golf cart was supplied with the rental of the house and found out after arriving that it was required to supply the insurance rider,filling out a release form and an additional 300 fee. The communication time was always quick but I felt incomplete at times. Otherwise completely positive stay.
