Lake Side Retreat at The Reserve w/ Golf Cart

Brand new build beautiful lake home. 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms, open kitchen and living room floor plan for easy gatherings, fully covered patio with gas fireplace and private woods view. Master bedroom features king size bed with private bathroom. Upstairs are two bedrooms one with a king bed and one with a queen. The loft is provided with two full sized bunk beds and a queen size fold out mattress stored in the closet for extra guests. There are private hiking trails in the community along with a private drive to the marina.

Short Walk or Golf Cart ride to Blue Gill Grill & Holiday Landing Marina on Tim's Ford Lake.
Boat Parking on the Driveway during your stay!

First Floor: Master Bed with Full Bath, Dining Room, Living Room, Kitchen (Fully stocked with basic spices and cooking utensils). Outside Patio with Fire Place and seating.

Spent the 4th with family from Utah. They were overly impressed with the house and made their vacation so relaxing and enjoyable since they were not use to the "Tennessee humidity". Matthew was always "johnny on the spot" when we had any issue. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

Perfect lake getaway!

We had a great stay at the house! It was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group to spread out. It’s very well stocked with good appliances and everything you need. I appreciated the extra trash bags and cleaning supplies! Owner was quick to help us if we needed it!

Birthday Weekend at the Lake with Friends

We stayed here for a weekend at the lake with friends and it was perfect! The house was very clean and inviting. My wife and her friends loved the decor and the coziness of the house. We enjoyed a nice weekend here! Would love to stay here again!

Perfect Lake House!

I booked this property for a lake weekend with my family. The location was great for lake access and the house was super clean and stocked with essentials. Matthew was a great host and helped us work through a booking issue on our part and was communicative as needed. Would stay again!

July vacation

We loved the home. House has everything you need. Fully stocked. Very clean. Enjoyed the back porch for coffee in the am or sitting out there reading. Loved the golf cart. Rented boat at Holiday Landing. Hiked to several waterfalls. Matthew is a superb host !!! Very kind and puts a lot of thought into what his guests need. Highly recommend!!!!!!

Beautiful, chic, and cozy

We LOVED everything about our stay in this charming home. There were four of us - all moms - on a getaway to do some planning for our homeschool tutorial. We spent hours by the outside fireplace and enjoyed a few meals at the table on the back porch. We loved that we each had our own bed! The decor is stunning... so comfortable too! The kitchen was very well-equipped which was great because we cooked every meal. The host was very communicative and accommodating. I highly recommend this home and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful home!

This house was so clean and beautifully decorated! The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of cookware, utensils and plates/bowls. Beds were very comfortable and our kids loved the bunk bed. Golf cart and beautiful fire pit were a plus! Our family loved roasting marshmallows and taking the gold cart around the neighborhood. Such a fun family vacation.

Fall break getaway

Great location for kids and teens. Fire pit. Large games. Nice walk to the lake. And the golf cart made it all the better. Matt is a friendly and responsive host. Beautiful and comfortable cabin. We’ll be back

Fun stay at Tims Ford Lake

This house in The Reserve is perfect! Beautiful furnishings yet comfortable and perfect for two couples with a King Bed in each of two bedrooms. Adequate sleeping for 3-4 children. Truly everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation at the lake!

Perfect guys reunion weekend!

A perfect place for old friends to reunite on the lake over a long weekend. The house is gorgeous, seems brand new! Everything was so easy with host who was super kind and helpful. Will definitely be back again, maybe even bring the kids next round! This place is a gem, highly recommend!

Amazing, beautiful & up-to-date!

This home was beyond cleanly, beautiful and convenient to the lake dock to which we drive a golf cart provided by our host. There was thorough communication, information from our host about the home, check in, check out, the girl of cart, surrounding areas and Mathew was more than welcoming. We had an amazing time in this jaw-dropping home for my sisters get away weekend before she gets married next weekend. This stay did not disappoint, it was perfect in every way! Unique convenient & quiet! 😇

This property was exactly as advertised and met all our needs & more.

We reserved this quaint home to be used as a retreat for the leaders of a women’s ministery. The accommodations were very clean and perfect for us. Everyone enjoyed their time and said they would love to come back. The host is very prompt in responding with any questions. Thank you Matt for your efficiency and attention to detail.

Lovely get away

Booked the house last minute for New Year's weekend. It was cute and clean with the perfect amount of space for 2 adults and 4 kids. Management was very helpful. Loved that the kitchen had staples, pots and pans to allow us to make decent meals to avoid venturing out. Weather was not great, so we spent much of our time indoors with the TV and games. We were able to swing a trip to Tim's Ford State park for a short hike and checked out the marina on the golf cart. Would love to return when the weather is better and lake is active.

Super Great Place

Can't recommend this place enough. It has plenty of space for multiple people. We had 3 sets of couples in each room and still had the bunk beds (they're in an open space, not a private room). We loved spending time at both the fire pit and the fire place outside. The dining room table was plenty big enough for all of us. The driveway was enough for 4 vehicles. Everything was decorated in modern, stylish decor and it was really cute! Looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need to cook meals and the whole house was very clean. We were about an hour and a half from Nashville and spent one day there out of our two days. There are also plenty of restaurants and everything you could need in the town about 15 minutes away. There was a golf cart that we went for a 5 minute drive in, but we weren't really sure where we were supposed to go in it. There was no where to drive it except through the neighborhood, but maybe we missed something on the map. Checking in was easy and checking out was quick as we only needed to strip the beds and gather used towels. Definitely recommend for anyone from a large group of people to just a couple. You'll really enjoy everything!

Perfect Fall Getaway with Friends

We had a wonderful long weekend at this property in The Reserve at Holiday Landing. The location was perfect for touring the distilleries nearby and the home itself was perfect for our group of 3 couples. We especially loved the porch with a TV and fireplace and the newly built firepit area down below. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook a meal and the beds were super comfortable. I've already recommended the place to friends. Thank you, Matt, for sharing your home with us!

Gorgeous Home

This was the perfect get away for our family to rest and reconnect. The decor and comfort of this house are remarkable! It made for a beautiful retreat. We enjoyed each indoor and outdoor space... the kids loved the games and swings, and making s'mores at the fire pit. The back deck was a favorite spot to read, paint, and be together. We can't wait to come back!
